The breakfast was great!

The staff was friendly, Hamdu was very nice! The gym was great and the rooftop pool had a great view!

I loved the bed comfort and cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast was satisfying and the pool area on the rooftop was a big plus. Summeh (if i pronounce correctly) was very accommodating to us

We got a suite. It was not cleaned. The soap in the second washroom was empty during our entire stay. The floors had a film on it so you could not walk barefoot. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not clean our room at all, and did not replenish the water or coffee/tea. I was really disappointed in the whole experience. Even check-in was a hassle because there was absolutely no mention of needing your passport at check in during booking, confirmation AND the email they sent two days before check-in. The ONLY good thing was the coffee bar and the guy who made coffee in the morning. But the hotel experience was extremely poor and I would never stay here again. Even the lighting in the room was dank. It was just no good.

Very comfortable stay and everything was pretty simple, clean & efficient with professional service.
One small suggestion would be to have a better range of ales available at the Hyp bar as it was just lager, with no ipa, amber nor stout.

Overall very good stay. Not too close to any tourist destinations, so metro is a must. Walk to metro is about 10 min. 7 day Nol pass is a must to travel all over Dubai if staying for longer. Nol pass can be refunded if not used for full 7 days.

The property is good and the location is easy to travel to most places.
It is a short walk to a popular food strip if you are adventurous.
The room we had was not great!
We could hear both neighbors, especially when they go to the bathrooms. The view was of a car park and developing site next door.
The doors seemed to slam all day long and most of the nights, so sleep was disturbed constantly.
The bathroom didn't have an extraction fan so held the moisture.
No international channels on the tv when we had some time to relax.

I was rather disappointed by the hotel - though the location is good, the property itself is small and the hotel has only 8 floors. There are no great views around. The rooftop view is good. The pool is 1.4 meter deep and not child friendly. The staff are good and helpful.

The bathroom door was not smooth and when I checked in, the handwash bottle was out of handwash liquid and I had to ask for it. The room were pricey for the comfort offered (maybe due to location and year-end demand) but I got a better hotel at al most half the rate in Sharjah.

It’s within walking distance to Dubai World Trade Center. But it’s safe and quiet. We are able to walk to World Trade Center Metro to take metro trains.
