Staff was very poor in communicating , a bunch of extra money had to be paid and we had no idea of this, and no proper explanation was given and the staff was not at all helpful, extra money had to be paid for breakfast as well, although we had opted for free breakfast.

Please monitor the hotel for possible prostitution activity. I noticed several women hanging out in front who were dressed in a sexually provocative manner.
