Overall great location, staff super friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Interior of reception area and bedroom was fab

Cons:

Bedroom quite small, dark and stuffy. View was facing balcony shared by other people & facilities - hostel & another hotel. Balcony shared, people walking pass bedroom window frequently. Overnight shouting coming from lower ground level, which kept away at times.

Great venue amazing staff
Pros:

Very central, felt safe, very clean

Cons:

Maybe the bed was a bit firm for me but my husband prefers a firm mattress

Pros:

Exceptional location, very clean, close to many nice restaurants. also very helpful staff especially Dori was helpful and made us feel welcomed. the hotel held our bags after check out which was really helpful too. Definitely will stay again!

Comfortable room and wonderful service
Pros:

Extremely comfortable and spacious room in the heart of the city and the staff were just amazing. Both of the ladies I spoke to at check in/check out were unbelievably nice and helpful, providing tips for my stay and just seemed like great people. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Budapest
