The trip was very good, and Farook from the reception was very helpful upon arriving, and all the other staff are very sweet and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable. Just you hear the noise outside of the window.

Gece havalandırma ses uyutmadı, çalışanlar iyidi. Tahminim tadilat süreci daha bitmedi için pek konforlu değildi. Ama fiyata göre normal kalite.

Pros:

Otel temiz ve bakımlıydı. Odalar pırıl pırıldı. Fiyat performans olarak bakılacak olursa 5 yıldızı hakediyor. Oteller ile alakalı beklentileri çok üst düzey olmayanlar için oda ve temizlik açısından 5 yıldızlı otelleri aratmıyor. Personel iyi olmak ile birlikte pek profesyonel değildi. Ancak bu konuda herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. O lokasyonda konaklamak isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, 2-3 katı fiyatı olan otellerden (oda ve temizlik konsunda) eksiği yoktu.

Çalışan personel çok saygılıydı, Bilal bey girişimden çıkışıma kadar çok yardımcı oldu teşekkür ederim, oda arka cepheye baktığı için havalandırma sesi çok fazla geliyordu çiftcam ile alakalı bir problem vardı ilettim, ilgileneceklerini belirttiler, bir sonraki seyahatimde görüşmek üzere 😄
