Cons:

Rooms are not available during check-in though we have booked two rooms and confirmed by the hotel.

Pathetic staff behaviour
Cons:

I couldnt stay bcoz even after getting a confirmation from booking.com, the staff denied stay saying that the room is sold out. Their reply was they are not indebted to accept the booking. Going all the way was a waste of time and effort

I gave 2 stars, because a few of the staff spoke nicely.

Cons:

Location - opposite the hotel there is a tasmac and elite liquor shop.
Not at all recommended for family. This is only for bachelors.
Check in - worst experience. I booked a week ago and called the hotel and confirmed my accomodation. I called them when I am about to reach Madurai in 1 hr, they told that some renovation work is ongoing, only check in possible at 4pm. Later they told after 2pm check in possible. I was spending time outside with family and reached hotel at 3.15pm. they made me to wait till 3.50 by telling 10min, 15min etc. finally I checked in but no floor cleaning after side wall renovation and full of dust. I fully frustrated.

Not at all satisfied, waiting for change of Room every moment

Only hot water bath,Ac is good.Location is ok

Cons:

Bed is baby bed, cleaning to be improved,lot of repairs to be done, Mattress life over.Bed is low bed,not suitable for elders, suitable for children.My advise don't book for family members.
