Pros:

A lovely place! Perfectly located near Taksim square with an amazing street view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious!

Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaites de notre séjour et nous y retournerons sans doute
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Eray, toujours très souriant, à l’écoute et attentif à nos besoins. Je le remercie infiniment pour son aide et sa gentillesse.

L’emplacement est idéal, à moins de 3 minutes à pied du boulevard Istiklal, dans une ruelle calme la nuit. Le quartier est très pratique, avec des superettes et des bureaux de change à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est globalement bien et la chambre est conforme aux photos et très propre.

J’ai également apprécié leur réactivité : j’ai demandé un transfert à la dernière minute et ils ont réussi à me le confirmer et à l’organiser, ce qui a été très appréciable.

Cons:

la connexion Wi-Fi était un peu faible dans notre chambre et la literie un peu trop souple pour les personnes qui comme moi préfèrent les matelas fermes.

Een goede kamer, maar niet zoals verwacht
Pros:

Het ontbijt was heel goed. Veel variatie.
Het bed lag heerlijk en de kamer was goed schoon.

Cons:

Dat je alleen met de lift naar je kamer kunt. Er is alleen verder een noodtrap die je niet kon gebruiken.
Het bijvullen van toiletpapier en shampoo werd niet vergeten. De medewerkers zeggen niet veel tegen je en dat viel wel op.
Ik had een kamer met balkon geboekt en had me verheugd op het Drinken van een wijntje met uitzicht op de stad..Helaas was het een Frans balkon. Dit was niet duidelijk bij boeking. Ik had namelijk specifiek om de aanwezigheid van een balkon deze kamer geboekt.
Het hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om naar de highlights van Istanbul te gaan. Het OV is geweldig en heel goedkoop.
Bij het hotel is het de hele nacht rumoerig. Dit hoorde je niet als je het raam dichtdeed.

A good escape
Pros:

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The welcome was perfect, and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is ideal, close to everything, and the overall hospitality was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

أعجبني التعامل الراقي والمحترم من طرف موظفي الفندق، كانوا لطفاء ومتعاونين طوال فترة الإقامة. كما أعجبني موقع الفندق القريب من ساحة تقسيم والمطاعم والمحلات التجارية.
