O hotel possui uma excelente localização, bem próximo a pontos turísticos e a restaurantes e bares. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável, com cama e enxoval bem cuidado e limpos. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e possui uma boa variedade de opções para comer. A recepção possui ótimos atentendes, sempre atenciosos e prestativos.

De locatie is perfect! Dichtbij de metro of een taxi plaats. De bekende lift zit aan dezelfde straat. Wij zaten in het 2e gebouw bijna op de hoek van de straat waardoor we uitzicht hadden op het grote plein ernaast.
Ook was het personeel heel vriendelijk bij welkomst en rondom het ontbijt.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, our luggage didn’t arrive at the airport on arrival, the hotel staff were informed and assisted and had luggage delivered to our room on arrival. Much appreciated.

odore sgradevole di scarico sia all'ingresso dell'ala separata dalla reception, dove abbiamo alloggiato, sia nella stanza al secondo piano tanto che ci hanno messo al terzo dove non si sentiva la puzza. credo sia un problema di fogne pubbliche non dell'hotel perchè dai tombini su strada esalava la stessa puzza. in ogni caso occorrerebbe che la proprietà dell' hotel provvedesse a ovviare all'odore sgradevole non con deodoranti temporizzati ma con lavori specifici.

Tolle zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Dennoch ruhig, da die Fenster (wenn geschlossen) keine Geräusche von außen zuließen. 24-Stunden-Rezeption mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.
Eingeschränkte Check-Inn-Zeiten, die zu langen Wartezeiten beim Check-Inn führten. Unschön ist das Entgelt von 40 Euro, das für das Unterstellen von Koffern erhoben wird, wenn man vor dem Check-Inn anreist. Wir fanden über die App Bounce eine wesentliche günstigere Alternative (12 Euro) in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel (2 Minuten zu Fuß).
