Erinomainen sijainti, erittäin mukavat sängyt ja yleisilmeeltään todella siisti hotelli. Huoneet ja yhteiset tilat olivat hyvin hoidettuja ja puhtaita. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja sujuvaa koko vierailun ajan. Aamupalalla erityismaininnan ansaitsevat tuoreet, herkulliset hedelmät.

Lizbon'daki evimiz

4 günlük Lizbon seyahatimiz için burayı tercih ettik, mükemmel bir konumu var, Lizbon gibi heryeri yokuş ve merdiven olan bir şehre göre oldukça düz ve bulunduğu yer itibariyle gidilebilecek çok fazla yere kısa sürede yürüyebiliyorsunuz, herkesin resim çekmek için sıraya girdiği meşhur asansör otelin karşısında, 24 saat gidip en güzel anında resminizi çekebilirsiniz. Otelin bulunduğu cadde ve paralel sokak ve caddeleri, alışveriş, hediyelik, yemek içmek için çok fazla alternatif sunuyor, resepsiyonda check in esnasında Nata ve Porto şarabı ikram edildi, odamız hergün temizlendi, herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldık, yine gideceğim kesinlikle.

Bed was ok

Cons:

The place smells like death/sewerage the instant you enter the tiny lobby, our room was on level one so we couldn’t escape it, room 101 is the worst room it’s right beside the stairs, the lift and near the breakfast room so the noise was constant.
Staff chatting loudly while waiting for the lift early in the morning isn’t great for travellers looking for rest.
Unless you drink a tiny espresso there’s no option for regular coffee or tea in the room.
Pillows are flat as a tac, so uncomfortable.
We don’t recommend this hotel sadly based on the smell, the rest you can see past but not the smell.

Nice location, great view of the plaza, good value for money - would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Great location. Price was reasonable for the room. Very nice view over the plaza. The Portuguese tart and glass of port on arrival were nice touches.

Cons:

We had to walk and carry two large suitcases up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator on the first floor.

Very good- would recommend.
Pros:

Location was very good.
Staff was very helpful and welcoming. (directions, storing luggage, calling taxis, providing a hot water kettle)
Facility met basic needs. (no unneeded extras).
Clean & comfortable.

Cons:

Elevator small & a bit "bumpy"- but it worked fine.
Did not eat breakfast at hotel- so can not rate
