Would have liked a kettle in the room (the Brit in me would prefer a cup of tea, over the coffee machine provided). Little disappointed as we visited for my husbands 40th birthday and didn’t get any acknowledgment towards it. I did have a message on booking.com asking if I wanted to pay to have a cake and decorations provided but it was at an extortionate price! I’ve visited hotels all over the world for special occasions and at the very least, have been left a note or card with a message. Also if a cake, balloons have been provided, there was never a cost to us. Just would have made the stay 10/10 as everything else was great.

The breakfast was much better than I thought it would be & you could help yourself to as much as you required. Good variety of food, & very helpful serving staff.
The shower doors didn't fit properly so when using the shower lots of water went onto the floor. The bathroom had no hooks to hang anything on & was inconveniently small.

Atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar. Tentei fazer o check in às 12H00 e não foi possível. Deixei a bagagem e voltei às 15H40 e não poderia fazer o check in porque o sistema estava fora do ar e eu deveria esperar mais um tempo. Achei absurdo. A limpeza do chão na própria recepção deixou a desejar. Quarto confortável mas com uma poltrona já com cara de velha que seria melhor não tê-la lá
