It’s in a great location. Staff were excellent Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Controlling TV was a little confusing

Good location for underground and Rossio station
Small room. Complimentary water only on day one. No extras for husbands birthday, but maybe this is a Portuguese thing to ignore "reason for trip"
Clean, comfortable, modern
Outside noise can be an issue, despite super- good windows that really block the noise out. But one night a four piece band set up shop across the street, drew a big crowd until around 11pm.
Convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff, safe and comfortable. Good value for cost.

The hotel is very nice, clean and in a good area . The staff were welcoming and helpful.
The area is calm and most of what you will need is walking distance.
Also the rooms are soundproof.. from the road next to it. 👍
Some rooms have another door entrance next to the main hotel entrance. Which is not a problem but good to know. 😉
Friendly accommodating staff, clean newly appointed rooms and comfortable bed.. Good location close to Rossio square and a 15 minute walk to Castelo Sao Jorge
Room was very small. The listing said there was an elevator but we had to go up a long flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Access to rooms was via a separate entrance down the street from the lobby. Listing photos gave the impression this was a bigger hotel covering much of the city block but it was more a pair of small unconnected pension - style hotels.
