I liked that it was the in the prime location for Pondicherry, the staff is very sweet and pleasant.
They were helpful and there was a security guard at night, safe parking.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had good stay.
I didn't like that I had to pay extra because the room I booked wasn't available.
I was not impressed I had to pay 30 rupees extra for water bottles which was supposed to be included in the room fees, that was highly unprofessional
Staff behaviour is good, cleanliness okay.
Rooms are very very small and noise from other rooms.
Air conditioning was making a huge difference with the 28C at night and 35 during the day. Very helpful staff. They provided some plates and bowls when we ordered takeaway food. We could also store our luggage for free throughout the day after the checkout.
