Pros:

The hotel is in a very quiet area of the city, we reached evening time. Parking area was available for free from 6 PM to 8 AM next day.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the staff of evening time on 20/8/2026 was amazing.

Danial is really great 👍 . Support me a-lot.

Cons:

The room facilities such as slippers, some shower accessories are missing!!!

Scarsa pulizia
Pros:

Struttura silenziosa in un piccolo quartiere periferico e verde. Parcheggio interrato comodo da raggiungere. Spazio esterno retrostante hall tranquillo,nin un cortile interno ma aperto in mezzo ad altri edifici con un piccolo parco giochi per i bambini.

Cons:

Pulizia gravemente insufficiente: camere ed hall estremamente polverosi. Vetri sporchi (con insetti schiacciati). Ragnatele in camera e sulle cornici esterne di ogni finestra. Scarico lavandino bagno quasi completamente otturato. Davvero un peccato. Colazione appena sufficiente: non particolarmente varia e con insetti tipo mosche e vespe (agosto) lasciate tranquillamente entrare dalle porte aperte.

Pros:

Der Stil des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen. Dieser zieht sich durch das ganze Hotel. Die Lobby und Bar hat uns gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war groß und das Badezimmer modern und sauber. Parken war mit 12€ verhältnismäßig „günstig“. Außerdem war das Personal des Hotels wirklich super freundlich und steht’s hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Außerdem darf man vom Frühstück nicht zu viel erwarten, wobei ich diese Preis Leistungsentwicklung was das Frühstück angeht in vielen Hotels beobachten kann. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und wir waren im August bei 30 Grad als Gast im Hotel. Das war leider etwas ärgerlich.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Kommen bestimmt wieder

Es gibt nur eine Kaffeemaschine, daher dauert es ein bisschen, wenn fast alle gleichzeitig frühstücken wollen...

Pros:

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer war spartanisch, aber sauber

Cons:

Das Design (dunkel, Sichtbeton) Geschmackssache. Dennoch ein paar Kritikpunkte: Die Matratzen waren sehr hart, die zum schlafen ausgezogene Couch für die beiden Kinder extrem hart (geht eigentlich nicht). Das Frühstück war für den Preis ein bißchen schlicht, und nur ein Kaffeeautomat viel zu wenig (zeitweise 6-8 Personen in der Schlange). Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze waren voll und für andere Parmöglichkeiten muss man ein ganzes Stück laufen.

Pros:

Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt, da wir mit den Rädern da waren aber kein Problem,
kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Straße etwas weiter unten beim Hotel, das wurde aber nur nach Rückfrage und widerwillig gesagt, da sie natürlich die eigenen Parkplätze verkaufen wollen.
Insgesamt aber guter Aufenthalt, Frühstück frisch und immer schnell aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, nur auf Nachfrage, wird aber schon beim Check in gesagt. Wir wollten sie dann 1x gereinigt haben, das wurde aber leider nur mehr schlecht als recht gemacht. Handtücher wurden getauscht, Betten schlampig aufgebettet, Bad überhaupt nicht geputzt, zB war Wasserhahn noch genauso voller Kalkflecken wie vorher.
