Nice accommodations, clean, friendly. No rooftop bar as advertised available amenity.

Cons:

The roof top bar advertised as their amenity is why I booked this hotel. Big disappointment ! It’s owned separately and not always open to the public and utilized for events. Hotel has no control over it. Needless to say I was not able to use this “amenity”. They said “ we have been meaning to clarify this on our website”. False representation. I would 100% booked another hotel.

Probably never again.
Pros:

I like the ambiance, the rooms looked nice and great size.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very welcoming. I felt judged the moment I walked in to the moment of checkout. I needed a late check out and nobody even tried to accommodate me they told me I had to leave and I had 10 mins to do so due to unavailability.

Pros:

The experience was great only bad thing is it doesn’t have parking and the parking lot the hotel is associated with has rude worker at 201 Pearl St.

Wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast, front of house staff and location amazing.

Cons:

Cleanliness was abysmal. Made worse by the small rooms. Cleaner didn't clean my room for days running. Had to ask for a change of towel multiple times. Very disappointed. And it's a shame because some of the staff members were lovely

Pros:

Room was nice but very small. The food was very good, decently priced. The wait staff at the restaurant was nicer than the hotel staff at the front desk.

Cons:

The elevator came very slowly & you cannot see where it is located unless you are in the lobby. The room was very small. Even after requesting a room with a decent view I was placed in a room facing a brick wall before complaining & being moved. When I asked for towels they only brought one or two at a time for two guest. The staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t the most welcoming either, especially when it came to me asking questions about my bill.

Great location near Wall Street. There are a few coffee shops nearby. Room was comfortable and very clean. The cleaning staff was kind and thoughtful.

Cons:

Like many NYC hotel rooms, this place is small. I had issues with the half sink in the bathroom. I am 5'7 and could not wash my face or brush my teeth without bumping my head into the shelf above the sink.
Like other reviewers, I did not appreciate the daily amenities charge. For the $30/day, I received two small bottles of water. No other amenities - no breakfast, no gym.
