super convenient location for restaurants and bars along Water Street and close to subway
Pros:

breakfast choices were good. and well presented. not just the usual stuff.

Cons:

fitness room was too small. no floor space for stretching. And honestly, I don't think two people could be in there at the same time.

I didn't have breakfast because I found out in the am that it wasn't included. I booked thinking that breakfast was included and was not told that it was not when I checked in..... very disappointing

Cons:

I thought breakfast was included - I was slightly embarrassed when I went down for breakfast and ordered a coffee only to find out that it was not included and then had to pay for an overpriced cup of coffee
