Pros:

I didn't have breakfast because I found out in the am that it wasn't included. I booked thinking that breakfast was included and was not told that it was not when I checked in..... very disappointing

I thought breakfast was included - I was slightly embarrassed when I went down for breakfast and ordered a coffee only to find out that it was not included and then had to pay for an overpriced cup of coffee

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zufrieden.
• Zuallererst möchten wir ein Lob an das Personal richten: Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich, wodurch wir uns bereits beim Check-in sehr wohlfühlten.
• Hervorheben möchten wir auch das hervorragende à-la-carte-Frühstück. Die Auswahl war wirklich super und das Frühstück immer sehr lecker und frisch.
• Was wir ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend fanden, war, dass jeden Tag zwei Wasserflaschen auf den Tisch gestellt wurden.
• Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch die Fenster waren sehr gut isoliert.
• Die Ausstattung des Hotelzimmers war insgesamt sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber und modern.
• Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten erreicht man die Subway in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Das ist jetzt wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau und Geschmackssache, aber wir hätten es bevorzugt, wenn die Dusche einen herkömmlichen Duschkopf gehabt hätte, den man aus der Duschhalterung herausnehmen kann.
