the place isn't v clean. our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were finger prints all over the TV, hair and dust in areas and an infestation of ants that my 8 year old daughter found in the sink / kitchen area. Not good enough! the lights were also a bit dodgy and so was the shower / wet room in the second bathroom. the shelves in both showers tipped because they're not secured. It's all just a bit shoddy and not what I expected from the photos. there is also an inside courtyard which has a really unpleasant drainage / stagnant water smell as you enter and exit your room. When we shared this information at checkout the lady just said 'oh ok we will check'. It felt like nothing was really going to be actioned. The response was rather underwhelming! Ants not acceptable in a hotel room. I would have been mortified if it were my establishment! I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend.

Le grand lit est en réalité deux lits cote à cote, on sent la frontière entre les deux lits, dommage de ne pas mettre un sur-matelas pour masquer cela.

We got a late check in and we had to enter through a different door than the lobby. Ugly entrance. Got scared for a minute thinking I got scammed. Also the place had a funny sewer smell. Not in the rooms but in the hallways.

The air conditioning in the rooms does not work (not good for summer in italy). And as many others have mentioned, the staff was rude and unhelpful and did not find a resolution to the broken AC. Which is so unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location.

I told the staff the day i checked in that it’s too warm at 25.3 celsius, and when i adjusted the temp did not go down for an hour, so i asked her to have a look. She adjusted the thermostat and told me it will be cooler soon. The room never got below 25 so we barely slept. I couldn’t even ask for more help because their staff leaves at 8:30pm and charge you 50 euros if you call for help.

I told the staff the next morning that the temperature never went down, and they said “it’s working perfectly”, though my room is still 25. I asked how can that be the case when the thermostat is set to 21 and never went below 25, and she said “perhaps it’s my preferences”.

On a less important but still annoying note, the staff told us at check in that room is stocked with complimentary water, snacks and drinks. Our fridge was empty so we asked reception if they could please at least add water. She said she “doesn’t have time to do it herself” so gave us a handful of things to take back ourselves. Just rude and a weird experience overall. Given they only have 10 rooms to manage you’d think they could be a bit more on top of things.

Não tem portaria 24h. A sala de café da manhã é um pouco apertada. A localização do hotel não é ruim, mas também não é excelente. Cerca de 20minutos para a ponte vecchio.

Need better lighting in the bathroom

Everything. Rude staff, no garage, dirty environment, no concierge service.
