Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Sehr bequeme Betten und toll eingerichtet.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Gostamos bastante, voltaria sem problema.
Pros:

Conforto, qualidade da cama, qualidade do enxoval e amenities, do ar condicionado/climatizador, dos itens cortesia de frigobar e do espaço upstairs que trouxe conforto extra. Também gostamos do café da manhã e do atendimento da equipe.

Cons:

Não tem portaria 24h. A sala de café da manhã é um pouco apertada. A localização do hotel não é ruim, mas também não é excelente. Cerca de 20minutos para a ponte vecchio.

A very modern and comfortable experience

A very modern facility with a nice outdoor square. Although in the city centre it was very quiet so would never know. The facility was clean, tidy and had everything you needed.

Alles sehr gut!
Pros:

Ja, das Frühstück war sehr gut, ausreichend, ordentlich (sehr sauber) und appetitlich angerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten erst nach mehrfachen Schreiben und Anrufen und sehr spät (am Tage der Anreise) die Information zum self-check-in erhalten (Ankunft mit Lufthansa nach 22:00 Uhr), obwohl wir alle Anforderungen (Pass-Übertragung und Bezahlungen) längst erledigt hatten.
