Above and beyond great place to stay
Pros:

It’s location and so clean and the staff are so helpful caring and go above and beyond the meals are super generous and extremely well made

Cons:

There just wasn’t a lift sadly

Cons:

Joanne & her 2 “authorised” henchmen that she sends out at 10pm to a women’s room when the dodgy fire alarm system which I was told is silent (a HUGE safety concern you would think it would be fixed promptly but no they leave it broken & silent) and it only alerts reception & not the guests in the room that the “fire/smoke” apparently is. Even without any smoke in the room!
Also be prepared to be accused of staying here without paying, even with proof of payment from a bank statement & the booking.com “paid for” confirmation.

We great overnight stay here with great facilities and room for a very good price.
Pros:

Great price. Right near town and city centre. Great staff. Facilities were good and clean.

Cons:

The creaky stairs that take you up to the rooms. Also found a half of a fake eyelash on the wall in our room. We did laugh but maybe needs a little more care in cleaning.
