*صعب التنقل بين الطوابق إذا أنا في دور وجزء من عائلتي في دور آخر …
*إذا طلبت خدمة مافيه شرح نفي وخلاص عطيتهم خبر إن الغرفة بمناسبة ذكرى زواج حولوني لأرقام منسقات 🙃 مع العلم كنت أبغى حاجة بسيطة كباقي الفنادق كحبة شوكلت أو عبارة بسيطة
* الفطور ينتهي في وقت مبكر جدا
*خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جدا ماوفر ماء صرنا كأننا نتوسل وتوقعنا بعد الفطور الغرفة تم تنظيفها واضطرينا نطلع من الغرفة ونجلس باللوبي حتى يتم تنظيفها

Amazing modern hotel with high quality amnesties and top service but needs some sound proofing

The facilities were amazing, top quality amnesties, excellent staff service

Cons:

The noise cancellation was pretty bad, I was hearing the noise of street cars, motorbikes and I am on the 9th floor. The air conditioner sound was pretty loud ( a jet sound) above my head. Lastly I was hearing water draining from upper rooms ( I can hear people taking their shower). Although everything was amazing but I couldn’t sleep.

رائع جدا....(نظافه...موقع...موظفين...الافطار...الهدوء)
واحب اشكر الموظف عبدالرحمن والموظف فيصل...ماشاء الله...لو برجع للفندق برجع عشانهم...لباقه واخلاق والابتسامه لاتفارقهم...

بالمختصر...الفندق اطلالته تجن خصوصا اللي ع المركز المالي...يعني اطلاله فندق واطلالة موظفين...كلها رائعه🤣

تجربه لن تتكرر بسبب صعوبة الاجراءات

مساحة السويت الرويال كانت جداً جميله ومناسبه للاحتفالات المختصره

Cons:

عند اقامة الحفله في القاعات يتم اغلاق الممرات ويعيق الخروج والدخول من المكان من المفترض عند اقامة الاحتفالات فتح البوابه الشرقية حتى تخدم الزوار وضيوف المكان
