إقامة رائعة لمناسبة خاصة

كانت إقامتنا في فندق موڤنبك الرياض بمناسبة يوم ميلاد زوجتي من أجمل التجارب اللي مرّينا فيها مؤخراً. الأجواء كانت مميزة ومرتبة، وكل التفاصيل حسّستنا إن المناسبة فعلاً لها طابع خاص.

لكن بصراحة، أكثر شيء فرّق معنا وخلّى التجربة استثنائية هو تعامل الأستاذ فيصل الجهني. اهتمامه بالتفاصيل، وحرصه إن كل شيء يكون على أكمل وجه، وطريقته الراقية في التعامل… كلها أشياء تعكس احترافية عالية وذوق جميل.

شكراً له على هذا المستوى من الخدمة، وشكراً للفندق على تجربة تستحق التكرار

المكان جميل وتعامل الموظفين رائع ومهتمين والافطار متنوع ولذييذ وصالة الوجبات الخفيفة حلوه وحبينا فعالية التشكولت يشكرون

الهدوء ومعاملة الموظفين جداً راائعه وترقية الغرفة جزاهم الله خير يشكرون عليه خصوصاً محمد او ما اعرف اسمه الأول بس اسم العائل الناصر في الاستقبال هو الي سوا لنا دخول للغرفة كان جداً خلوق ورائع وسوا لنا ترقية الله يجزاه خير

المفرش غطاء السرير كان متسخ وانصدمنا كيف كذا ما تبدل ! واضحه بقعة المعجون ، تضايقنا وكلمنا الموظفه وجانا العامل معاه مفرش اضافي ! وبعدها فهم الموضوع وبدلوه بس تضايقنا كيف فندق 5 نجوم وكذا الروم سيرفس مهملين نظافة المفرش فما بالك بباقي الفوط وغيرها ما نعرف بدلوها او نفسها من الي قبلنا 🤷🏻‍♀️

Several nice restaurants in the hotel itself. Big room, cosy beds and pillows, very good breakfast

Cons:

No spa - strange for 5* of that level, but maybe Saudi specifics, not sure. Nothing in the walking distance from the hotel
