perfect location in a modern, clean, comfortable building with exceptional staff
Pros:

Perfect location - super quiet rooms, could not hear a thing outside or from other guests - friendly and attentive staff, really went above and beyond to help - great facilities and really close to a supermarket and bakery - spotless rooms - loads to utensils, small hob and a microwave!

nothing - it was perfect for me

Modern, sauber, komfortabel, tolles Personal
Pros:

Ich bin aus einem anderen Hotel hierhin geflohen und war selig!
Absolut fantastisches Personal, das 10 ⭐️ verdient!
Gutes WLAN, sehr bequemes Bett, geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet, extrem sauber, sehr schöne Atmosphäre, gut ausgestattet, relativ zentral.
Für den kleinen Hunger und Durst zwischendurch gibt es eine Minibar an der Rezeption.
Sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Straße ist nicht ganz so nett…
Die Rezeption hatte keine Adapter, man musste einen kaufen.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit guter Lage, jedoch mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Belüftung und Raumklima.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung an alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider ließ sich kein Fenster öffnen, wodurch die Luft im Zimmer schnell stickig wurde. Zudem war es recht staubig, was insbesondere bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt unangenehm war und sich negativ auf den Schlaf ausgewirkt hat

Pros:

The location was very central and easy to get to everything we wanted. There were a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. For places further out, it was easy to grab a bus.

Absolutely amazing stay
Pros:

It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was amazing. The shower pressure was incredible too. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely return.

Cons:

My only complaint is not having windows that opened for fresh air.
