Pros:

very nice hotel, pleasant staff, very clean, quiet, very good location, a few minutes away to the stop to get Dublin Express bus to /from the airport, you could have a breakfast or lunch/dinner there so very convenient, a refrigerator quite useful and well equipped kitchenette,
10 -15 minutes to Trinity College and the city centre, excellent bakery around the corner, Tesco a minute away.

Cons:

Parking claim is fraudulent. You have to still pay for parking. The parking spot is also on the other side of the Lyffe 15min walk from the stay. They claimed they have €23 discounted rate but we ended up having to pay €23 + €48 euro to exit the parking lot for less than 24hrs of parking.
