Réceptionnistes sont agréables mais je suis déçu pour le reste

Cons:

Nettoyage ne se fait pas comme il faut ils n’ont même pas nettoyé la cuvette de wc le bac à douche hygiène zéro il y a même pas une chaise ou un fauteuil pas de vestiaire pas de frigo pas de coton tige et le reste qu’il doit avoir un hôtel 4 étoiles

A brilliant short stay at a friendly warm vibrant hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and quality. Service was exceptional . When we did the main stance, it was amazing how quickly they came to the room and fixed what was not working. The decor in the eating and drinking area was fantastic and the temperature of that room was about right not too hot not too cold.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like. I think I will book direct next time to try and get a room with a view and a slightly larger room although that would not put me off staying there again.

Pros:

Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff. Good facilities in room.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. Felt a bit disorganised getting a coffee in the morning.

가성비 최고. 친절하나 위치는 애매
Pros:

호텔과 식당 직원분들이 너무나 친절하고 뭐든 도움을 주기위해 노력하는 모습이 보였다. 호텔이 대로변에서 살짝 골목 안쪽에 위치하여 밤에도 소음 문제가 없었다. 호텔 바로 근처에 여러 슈퍼마켓이 위치해 간식 쇼핑이 편했다. 호텔 내 식당도 아주 편하게 이용했다. 저녁식사를 이곳에서 했는데 퀄리티가 아주 훌륭했고 가격도 좋았다. 버스정류장이 바로 근처라 시내로 이동하기에도 크게 어렵지 않았다. Drumcondra 기차역까지 도보로 7-8분 거리라서 Bray 같이 바다보러 여행가기에는 편했다.

Cons:

청소가 꼼꼼하게 안된 점. 우리가 쓴 찻잔도 3일 내내 치우지 않고 새로 채워주지도 않았다. 물론 요청했다면 가져다 주었겠지만, 투숙객이 요청하기 전에 미리미리 치우고 채워놔야한다고 생각한다. 그래도 기본적인 침구정리나 욕실 청소는 잘 되었다.

그리고 호텔의 위치가 아무래도 살짝 애매하다. 시내까지 도보 이동은 어렵다.

Un hôtel cosy ... esthétique soigné..bon service en général...bon rapport qualité prix...
Pros:

Cet hôtel est propre cosy bien isolé du bruit...très beau et bon petit déjeuner copieux...nous avons aussi fait un repas du soir au restaurant de l hôtel très bien frais coûteux ...servi soigné et rapide...

Cons:

Le quartier très populaire
La douche peu chaude et très peu de pression

Nos ha gustado mucho
Pros:

Es muy original, limpio y cómodo. El detalle de que los amenities sean de la marca Rituals un punto a su favor. Nos ha encantado.

Das Personal wirkte ziemlich unorganisiert und unmotiviert, ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit wäre bei vier Hotelsternen schon zu erwarten gewesen. Uns blieb der Eindruck, dass sich niemand für die Sache verantwortlich fühlte, das Management scheint das Hotel wenig engagiert und ohne Herzblut zu führen.
