Cons:

I was told the hotel is 4-star but it feels more like 2-star. I booked junior suites, and the ones on the top floor were small with a short, slanted roof. They had one large hall with all the beds in a single row. The breakfast was very poor, with only a few items and even including a charge for omelets. I was highly disappointed.

The staff was very nice, the room was spacious. The location is good.

Cons:

We had ants in our room, the smell of sewage. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor.

Séjour 2 chambres hôtel porta romanos
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. Les femmes de chambre sont très adorables. Vraiment je n'ai rien a dire a ce niveau.
Un personnel à l'écoute.

Cons:

Un petit quiproquo s'est installé au début, nous avions demandé a un lit bébé et jusqu'à notre arrivée à l'hôtel nous n'étions pas sûr d'avoir un lit bébé car c'était "selon la disponibilité" pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je trouve cela un peu abusif...
De plus, des gens sont prioritaires je pense des statuts un peu haut placés, ils peuvent bloquer l'accès aux poussettes et malgré nos dires à l'hôtel ceci s'est reproduit plusieurs fois en gros faut porter la poussette pour rentrer à l'hôtel !

Un hotel decent si atât, sub nicio formă nu poate fi clasat la 4 stele. Camera triplă destul de mare însă geamurile nu se deschideau decât foarte puțin iar unul stătea să cadă.

Cons:

Micul dejun foarte slab pentru 4 stele, nici măcar cafeaua nu era bună

It was nice experiene to explore Istanbul and Bosforus
Pros:

The property is good location on the main road.
The room was large on the first floor with a balcony with large bathroom. Internet is very good speed, also the tv is smart.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but one of the mornings they served old french fries and burek (from yesterday).

Avoid this hotel at all cost!
Pros:

1. Spacious room
2. Staff is friendly at counter, upgraded our room

Cons:

1. Poor quality linen. The bedsheets full with lints. I didn't got good sleep due to this
2. Dusty room. My friend has been coughing and sneezing due to the dust
3. Very thin low quality blanket
4. Outside our room became store for house keepers putting linen on the floor! (Included in the picture as proof)
5. House keeper knock out door to urge them to check out
6. Repetitive cold breakfast
7. The most expensive stay we had in Turkey and the worst one to be honest.
8. Breakfast staffs smoking openly
9. Broken TV
10. Dysfunctional hand soup
11. Very poor thin quality bedroom slipper
12. More like 2.5 stars instead of self claimed 4 stars
