Amelioration de l’accueil à faire .
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien .
L’hôtel est neuf mais les mobiliers sont deja abimés. Bruits des travaux de 10h-15h !

Cons:

Pas de pression d’eau . Odeurs très forte des canalisations .Accueil pas très chaleureux !

Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely attentive and supportive with every request, always doing their best to accommodate and assist. The room was very clean, cosy, and comfortable, making my stay truly pleasant. Overall, I felt well taken care of and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel

The area was not perfect, even though it was close to the central train station

الفندق جديد وهادئ والموظفين متعاونين يقع في وسط سوق بونس ايرس ولاكن يبعد عن الدومو 40 دقيقه مشي تقريبا

Cons:

لا يوجد غلاية ماء بالغرفه / لايوجد شبشب بالغرفه / النادي صغير جدا فقط اجهزة كارديو

Personnel attitude at front desk
Breakfast
Comfortable bed and very clean room.Excellent room cleaning services!

Cons:

Too much city tax payment
The fact that they are not respecting payment conditions.Even if i booked with payment at hotel..they tried to take money in advance from my card..there is no mention about that in reservation.It is strange and frustrating to see that money are taken from your account in a random day..without any notice at all...
