Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely attentive and supportive with every request, always doing their best to accommodate and assist. The room was very clean, cosy, and comfortable, making my stay truly pleasant. Overall, I felt well taken care of and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel

The area was not perfect, even though it was close to the central train station

الفندق جديد وهادئ والموظفين متعاونين يقع في وسط سوق بونس ايرس ولاكن يبعد عن الدومو 40 دقيقه مشي تقريبا

لا يوجد غلاية ماء بالغرفه / لايوجد شبشب بالغرفه / النادي صغير جدا فقط اجهزة كارديو

Cons:

Too much city tax payment
The fact that they are not respecting payment conditions.Even if i booked with payment at hotel..they tried to take money in advance from my card..there is no mention about that in reservation.It is strange and frustrating to see that money are taken from your account in a random day..without any notice at all...

Oswaldo el amigo del front desk. Un gran ser humano, se tomo el tiempo para darnos las mejores recomendaciones. Lo destacamos a él sin lugar a dudas. Y la ubicación la mejor.

Nous avons juste séjourné 1 nuit dans ce superbe hôtel mais sûr on y reviendra bientôt !
Pros:

personnel accueillant et jovial ...hôtel bien situé très propre et confortable

Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une suite ce qui n'était pas notre reservation initiale ce qui fut très agréable !
Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la fermeture de notre valise et nous avons pu être aidé par un membre du personnel qui fut très serviable ! encore merci !

Sehr gut gelegen und sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken. Super tolles vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet im 5. Stock mit Ausblick auf die Stadt. Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Wirklich etwas sehr nebensächliches: Seltsamer Geruch in der Lobby und im Lift.
