Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel, nice and new! Great staff and breakfast! It is really the only good place to stay in Rome Georgia!

It's just a tiny way out from downtown.

Clean, lovely environment, nice staff.

Cons:

The temperature in the room and the water temperature were both difficult to control. Cold on the room temp. Water fluctuated. TV volume would jump up and down.

Great place, will be back.
Pros:

I feel at home at this hotel. I enjoy staying there very much.

Cons:

I don’t like the hold they place on my charge for incidentals. It lasted far too long. They should be able to confirm all charges within 48 hours.

Pros:

Convenient location but hotel never gives back the debit card hold. The past 2 years I stayed here I’ve had to call and fight the charge and still haven’t gotten them back which is over $200 now. I will not be going back!
