Fantastische locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel voelde ons echt welkom

de vriendelijkheid van het personeel

een prachtig hotel met een super ontbijt. eigen muziekje op de kamer. prima airco. op loop afstand van de verschillende pleintjes in delft. dit hotel voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de hogere prijsklasse. vriendelijk en professioneel personeel.

Hotel Arsenaal Delft is now one of my favorite hotels! The staff were so welcoming and pleasant in every single interaction. Parking was a breeze, there was a lovely personalized welcome note in my room, historic yet modern and clean rooms, lovely scent in the hotel entryway (they should consider selling it - I would have bough a room spray with that scent). Lovely restaurant/bar area over looking the canal. The room was very comfortable, great pillows and bedding. They had conditioner in the bathroom toiletries which is a rarity in Europe but much appreciated. After check-out and leaving the property, I realized I left a necklace and earnings behind. I called the hotel and they grabbed it for me and it was waiting at the front desk when I was able to get back there in about 20 mins. All in all, a truly lovely hotel with the best customer service. Don't miss this gem in the darling city of Delft. I can't wait to head back to Hotel Arsenaal Delft.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmer , liegt im Zentrum und kann alles zu Fuss erreicht werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Verfügt über Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze ( muss reserviert werden)

Sehr kompetentes Personal. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

J’ai adoré l’emplacement, l’accueil du personnel, l’authenticité de l’hôtel, le fait qu’il ya avait tout à disposition dans les chambres.. café thé fer à repasser etc…

Perfect location for visiting old town, close to railway station. Building itself was beautifully transformed without spoiling such an old building and loved the fabulous wooden beams and pillars in particular.
All the staff were professional and friendly and very helpful.
The room was beautifully clean and comfortable with everything one would need.
Breakfast choice was very good and eating area was delightful
Courtyard was a lovely area to sit in with comfortable furniture and sunshades if needed.
We made a good choice of hotel and would not hesitate in returning or recommending.

It’s a very beautiful hotel. I like the calm and ambiance very much. The rooms and ground floor spaces are so nice to spend time in.

The location was excellent, a short walk from both the train station and the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay here again when I am next in Delft.

We stepped in to the beautiful lobby and quickly checked in and we were given a glass of my wife's favorite wine. The two elevators were large and new. Our room was a good size with three chairs, a desk and a coffee table. We were given slippers that fit and a medium bath robe for my wife and an extra large one for me. (This is not normal) We planed to go out for dinner, but we stopped in the bar/restaurant for a drink and snack. We order a five piece cheese plate with walnuts, grapes, dry fig bars and a sticky apple sweet sauce that was wonderful. We have never had a chef come out to tell us the story about each cheese. We are from American and had order the fruit and cheese plate out of order, which we knew but did not care. We had to try the large blue cheese salad with two small loafs of french bread. We finished the salad and we were too full for the pasta and any desert. We came back the next day for drinks and had the cheese and fruit plate. We finished a wonderful pasta and took dessert to our room to enjoy with a cup of espresso. Our waitress came up to our room to show my wife how to work the espresso machine. Every time we needed a cab Julie at the front desk order us a cab with a set price. This was important to me the Netherlands has bitter lemon in a bottle, which we can no longer get in our town.
