Design, comfort and location
The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was beautifully presented and contained a wide variety of choices. The hotel’s location was a perfect distance to the central market square, with a variety of ways to walk there.
Although the hotel is a newly renovated building, the rooms were far from soundproof. We could hear the people in the room above us walking back and forth well into the evening, and we were unable to get to sleep because of it. (Obviously there is a lack of soundproofing material beneath the floors.) We knew we would have an internal room, and we were under the impression from the description that we would overlook a courtyard. Our room overlooked the parking lot which had VERY bright lighting that remained lit all night.

Everything ! Fabulous renovation of such a historic building and high quality fixtures throughout including gorgeous bed linen and pillows. Staff were exceptional e.g bags taken up to our room after dropping them prior to check in and going off to explore the old town and bar manager remembered us after only one evening. Excellent cocktails. Location is ideal but quiet at night
Not enough storage space ! No shelves in wardrobe to put clothes (just hanging space) and nowhere to hang towels.
Perfectie locatie in het centrum. Lekker bed. Mooi hotel.
We hadden een superieur kamer geboekt van 28 m2. Bleek een klein hokje te zijn waar we amper om het bed heen konden lopen. “De kamers verschillen in grootte” was de uitleg. Er werden overgezet naar een grotere kamer. Dat was aardig van Kelly. Wel zielig voor de andere mensen die 350 euro hadden betaald.
Verder was er overduidelijk te weinig personeel en voelde de manager zich te goed om zelfs maar even te groeten en ons welkom te heten en aan te geven dat we snel geholpen zouden worden.
Bij zo’n locatie mag je er hoge hospitality verwachten. viel tegen.
Oh ja, als je een foto met camera wilt maken in het restaurant moet je betalen.
