Otelim check out sırasın da bavullarımızı araca yerleştirmek için personel bulamadık.
Ön karşılama bölümünde hizmet yetersizlği mevcut.
Akşam saatlerin de otele restoranlar için çok giriş olduğu için aracımızın gelmesini 25 dakka kadar bekledik.
Yeri ,odaları ,restoranları ve burdaki hizmet harika.
Ama ön karşılama bölümün de gelişime ihtiyaç var

This is a wonderful private and quiet hotel in one of the most beautiful coves in Bodrum! The hotel is very remote so not a good place to walk around but the staff make it very easy to catch a cab to anywhere needed at anytime. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and honestly the fact that it’s a small boutique makes it feel like it’s your own private place! There are two beaches and the views are breathtaking! Would live to stay again if we are ever back in Bodrum!

Otelin elle tutulur tek yanı restoranın lezzeti ve servis kalitesiydi. House keeping rezalet,söylemediğiniz sürece şampuan vs. yenilenmiyor nevresimler değişmiyor. Odaların aydınlanma ve havalanma problemi var. Restoran harici çalışanlar son derece tecrübesiz ve yetersiz. En büyük bomba check out esnasında yaşandı, otel konaklama ücretinin %10’u kadar bir ücreti ekstre olarak önümüze koydular :) Servis bedeliymiş. İtiraz ettiğimiz için ödemedik. Özetle fiyat/performans olarak parasını asla hak etmeyen bir tesis.
