Pros:

We chose this Hotel as it was close to the concert arena (2 blocks away). Staff was pleasant and helpful in answering questions about nearby area. Room was exactly as I booked and very clean. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure in shower.

Cons:

Continental breakfast was ok. Wished they had scrambled eggs. They only had some kind of egg fratata that I tried but did not like. Waffle line was long. Could not eat sausage due to allergy. So oatmeal and fried potatoes it was.

Will Not Be Staying Again
Cons:

Maid service was a joke, even after I tipped generously.Also my ID and bancard went missing along with a shaver and belt, non of which were taken to lost &found. Front desk clerk was rude, poor communication skills. Still haven't been reimbursed for the deposits.Will not use this hotel again.

Overall, I would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff and room was excellent. The location was ok. You can't really control what goes on outside of the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was less than stellar but ok for a coffee and a quick bite.

Overall a great experience for what I came up there for.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast and the location was not the best. The area didn't seem to be as safe as I thought.

Cons:

The location was not what I expected but customer service was great.

good except for the mix up in hotels

Cons:

First why the hell is there 2 Springhill by Marriots. So f'n stupid. Of course I went to the wrong one first - And based on what the front desk clerk told me it happens all the time. And by this time i found out the valet had already taken my car. So another 20 minute wait to get it back - Plus tips. Then I had to tip again when I did get to the right hotel. If you want to make it right send me 20 dollars for the tips I gave out at the wrong hotel

Pros:

The pricing for the Hotel was not to bad. Breakfast was really good. Parking garage directly across from hotel.

Cons:

At times I didn’t feel safe outside the property as it was next to some shady areas
