Excellent staff and clean and comfortable facilities made this an extraordinary value.
Pros:

Hotel seems to have had a recent refresh. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable for an O’s game and the proximity to Lexington Market makes for plenty of delicious dining options right next door. The main attraction here is the staff though. From front desk to maintenance to housekeeping every single employee greeted us, often by name after our first night, and were so welcoming and accommodating to both us and our pup. Their kindness, attention to detail, and extra efforts made a three star hotel a five star experience!

The hotel and staff were spectacular! The location is the only issue I would say there is with this property, it doesn’t feel very safe if you leave the hotel.

Great hotel close to the convention center
Pros:

The staff was all responsive and helpful! The room itself was comfy and perfectly sized. It was close to the convention center, and the breakfast was solid!

Cons:

The neighborhood is a little rough at night, but Baltimore is a city with a lot of needs. I felt safe and fine as a white man who lives in a city, but I could imagine someone from a small area or a young woman alone feeling uncomfortable.

Acceptable choice if you need to be in this area
Pros:

Breakfast was typical of hotel buffet selections. Plenty of seating in lobby. Would have liked breakfast service to stay open till 10:00

Cons:

Bar food was listed as available at 5:00 but bar did not actually open until 6:00. There were few choices and it was very disappointing.
