Beautiful hotel, great location and very comfortable room
Everything was great.
this hotel this is very nice big, clean, every room it is clean and spacious. many rooms they have a generous balcony, that I love. I've been in this hotel many times.
my suggestion it would be improve the amenities in the room example a real coffe machine, plus last week I arrived at 21.30 and lobby bar closed, all resturant closed.. I think they should be open .

The breakfast is pretty average even in Chinese standard.
Ask me to pay breakfast multiple times which is vary dissatisfaction experience.
My breakfast is included in my room rate, seems DoubleTree booking system has some glitches with booking.com
Last time stayed at DoubleTree Hilton Christchurch NZ, arrived at 3pm, my room did not get ready until 6:30pm grrrr

Dinner at the restaurant was self service and not many options to choose, so decided to eat outside.
The rate I booked clearly shows free breakfast and free dinner. During the stay when we asked about free dinner, we were told no free dinner included.
