Pros:

Хотелът е чист и с нормални удобства за гостите. Има ежедневно почистване, както вода, чай и кафе в стаите. Останахме доволни от реакцията на камериера. Имахме проблем в стаята...нямаше осветление в банята и минибарът не работеше. Момчето беше отзивчиво, извика техник и смениха луничката в банята. Също така подмениха минибара с работещ. Оценявам бързата реакция на този служител.

Cons:

На първо място не разбрах как се казва хотела...в резервацията е King City Hotel Istanbul Ataturk Airport, а на място пише Elite World INN. Можеше да напишат, че е сменено името, да не се налага да се чудим, къде е хотелът. Закуската беше нормална, но доста скромна(това сравнено с други турски хотели). Два от трите дни в които бяхме нямаше нито омлет, нито бъркани яйца. Третия ден имаше яйца със суджук, но....не всеки яде месо. Масло не видях да има също. Служителите на рецепция странно не поздравяваха, както се очаква в хотел. На съобщението от хотела в букинг за мои предпочитания отговорих, но така и не получих отговор.

Pros:

It was an amazing hotel! What truly stands out is the staff the personnel were amazing, very professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Istanbul. I will certainly come back again.

Savrseno udobni krevet,cisto,uredno,osoblje ljubazno i tu za sve što treba...jedini dorucak je ok..ali mozda malo veći izbor,voća,salame sireva...vise opcija jaja.. da nije samo kuvano..mislim da dorucak zadovoljava turske standarde.. ali za strance je to nedovoljno..ali gladna bila nisam...sve ostalo je bilo savrseno...sve preporuke

Will definitely choose it again.
Pros:

Spacious room with a spacious bathroom. Clean and comfy room and facility. Very nice staff. If you are driving, it’s a good location with quick access to main roads.

Cons:

It can be cheaper with the breakfast.

وصلت في الليل وكنت حاجز غرفتين وتم وضع كل غرفة في طابق مختلف

احد الغرفتين في الطابق الساس والمصعد لا يصل له. فقط يصل الى الخامس وتكمل الباقي بالدرج

الغرفة الثانية لم يكن يوجد بها تدفئة على الرغم من هبوب عاصفة ثلجية (الصورة المرفقة من نافذة نفس الغرفة حتى تعرف مدى البرد الموجود بدون تدفئة ) واصبحت الارض بيضاء بالخارج . طلبت تشغيل التدفئة وجا الرد متأخر بان المكيف الحار متعطل وانه سيتم تعويضي في الصباح برد مبلغ الحجز

لم يتم نقل غرفتي او محاولة اصلاح التدفئة

وايضا لم يتم التعويض كما وعدوا

بالاضافة ان الفندق تصنيفه في بوكينغ 4 نجوم ولكن في الواقع هو اقل من ذلك
