Excellent service. Excellent beds. Excellent hygiene. Excellent breakfast.
Book this hotel. There is one lady at reception who seems to be running the show. The Turkish Tourist Board needs to give her a medal, she is a hidden diamond, considering her friendliness and knowledge of the area.

Pros:

Tout était super, du Check in au Check out. Les chambres sont super propres et très belles, le petit déjeuner est très bon, l’accueil est très chaleureux. Les réceptionnistes sont toujours a l’écoute et prêt à aider.

Beautiful hotel, amazing value!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the heart of Goreme, under 5 minutes walk to the main street and shops.
Rooms were clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, and of course a great view each morning!
We had the Jacuzzi cave room which was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

Cons:

The same jacuzzi cave room kept flaking bits of stone onto everything. Not a deal breaker but definitely something to be aware of for those that might be bothered by stepping on it or having to sweep the bits of mortar/stone off your stuff. We had 6 cave rooms and all the other rooms had no issues.
