Cons:

The rude and disrespectful employees.
I asked for a bottle of water and I got yelled at by Stacy. Then in the morning I spoke to GM Alysha Mamud and she was 100 times worse than the employee. All rude and obnoxious. They need to work at a butcher shop and not at Marriott
hotel. Honestly shame on Marriott hotel to hire bunch of unprofessional and low life staff. This is NOT acceptable. As we are eating our complimentary breakfast the attendant was sweeping the breakfast room. That was also disgusting. In the morning we had one of maids walked in into our room with out knocking. Her excuse was that she was going into 411 and by mistake she walked in into our room 407.

Breakfast had some amazing options like the fresh nuts and dried fruits but nothing went together. The scrambled eggs and O'Brien potatoes were good but there was not a bacon or sausage option. There were pre-heated jimmy dean breakfast options and a preheated soufflé. But nothing to go with the other components.

I have stayed here a few times for work, however there was a roach in the shower!! I stated to the front desk as I was leaving and she said “ok, well you’re set to go”.
I will choose another hotel next time.
