Ningún día de mi estancia hicieron la limpiezas

En las habitaciones entra mucho ruido de la calle y este no termina hasta las 2 am

Muy buen hospedaje solo,tener mas atencion en la limpieza de las habitaciones mientras el huesped se hospeda estuvimos 1 semana y nunca nos hicieron limpieza aunque dejaramos el papelito de limpieza
Pero fuera de eso estuvo increible👏

I stayed on the 4th floor. Internet was terrible. Dont go above the second floor. internet cranks at over 100mbs up and down. Nice folks but I need high speed so I went out to the patio on second floor and it was fast but its outside. and it is pretty dam hot in July.

La recepcionista la peor de playa del carmen no sabe ni usar el.sistema para checar tu reservacion ademas, la ubicación es buena pero esta frente a los restaurantes hay ruido todo el dia de la musica hasta las 2 am asi q si vas con niños o quieres descansar imposible, los motores de los aires acondicionado dan hacia el patio lo cual se concentra el calor y no hay corriente de aire por lo.cual las habitaciones estan con aire caliente, baño bien lo q si no hay un solo jabon asi q lleva el tuyo y shampoo igual, la habitación limpia, por el ruido de todo el dia no volvere.

Súper bien que esté cerca de la quinta. No había agua caliente en las mañanas

El unico pero es que la regadera estaba tapada y solo salian 3 lineas de agua, pero como fue solo una noche, ya no quisimos avisar a la administracion

Super bien ubicado frente a antros y restaurantes, aparte que me pareció económico, Muy limpio y excelente trato

Difícil de ubicar aún estando céntrica, sucia, no contestan llamada para orientarce

Solo mejoren un poco sus aires acondicionados, fuera de eso, me parece increíble el lugar

The hotel itself was ok but my room was below average. There was a broken window with plastic used to cover it partially such that you could hear it rustling in the breeze. I had no water for part of the time and when I did there was no hot or warm water. The sheets were ok. I know you get what you pay for but was expecting at least some basic necessities (like water). There's WiFi but would go in and out and not always reliable. The staff was nice when I interacted with them. They probably have better rooms but I was led to believe I had booked a single deluxe. I'm simply stating my experience. It was a little disappointing.The area is easily accessible.
