The location and the staff

Cons:

The towels and the toilet seat were dirty. The carpets in the elevators were dirty. After charging a bomb it was not worth it

Not coming back and not recommending to others.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Clean Spacious rooms. good view from the room. Amenities in the room are adequate. House keeping staff were very good,

Cons:

Single room key was given to every double room were two people stayed. To go to your floor also you needed your room key for the lift. These were the experience not only ours but also few families who stayed there.

Pros:

The staff was reasonably fine.

Cons:

The quality of food can be compromised. As some part of food is sourced from outside. Family member was hospitalized after mix of fresh and frozen dish.
The airport pickup is chargeable. It was advertised on booking.com that airport pickup is included but this didn't happen.

Overall, it was an okay experience at Radisson, but the cafeteria needs some serious improvement 😕. The product quality, especially the local beer I ordered for ₹1700, was really disappointing - it was damaged! The hotel staff seemed pretty casual about it, just apologizing and saying they'd escalate it to management. When I pointed it out, they offered some vague compensation. And to top it off, I was charged for the pasta they claimed was a compliment 🤯. Not impressed!

Cons:

Quality control on third-party products could've been better 😊. A simple check would've prevented serving a damaged beer. Staff response was polite but lacked urgency. Complimentary items shouldn't be charged, clearly a communication gap there! A proactive approach to resolving issues would've made the experience way better 👍.
