Everything! There is a supermarket just next door with excellent food choice. We bought wagyu and cooked two days straight. The sashimi in the supermarket was already good enough and to be able to eat at the comfort of a spacious living room with a huge screen. The apartment has an elevator easy for access with luggage. The entire experience was superb!
Not so much dislikes, just suggestion for improvement: add one more full body mirror in living room.

The room was comfortable and big enough for us.
The free (great) coffee was a wonderful add on, and the common area was spacious and comfortable.
Location was also perfect to explore Kyoto and also to go out at night.
The cushions were a bit too hard for us and I would like more natural light in the room. But these are minor details.
The room was very clean and looked beautiful. The communication was so fast and easy and I was getting immediate answers whenever I had to contact the property. The common area had an espresso machine which we used every day as well as ice cream and pastries, all complimentary. There were change of towels and refills for tea and coffee left at our door as well. The TV was great quality and had a Netflix subscription already logged in where we were able to end our day with a movie. The location is perfectly in central kyoto too where so many areas are walking distance. Overall, this was one of the best accommodations I've ever had and I highly recommend anyone to book this place.

3.一樓有免費的湯、麵包、冰可以拿，還有免費的咖啡可以泡
4.全部都是自助式的，門鎖也是密碼鎖
5.不會有人來清潔，超過五天可以提出來，要先提出來才有
6.大概約2天會把毛巾浴巾水放在門口，髒的毛巾浴巾要自己拿到一樓籃子放
7.隔壁就是超市很方便
8.要提早三天填寫好入住資料，會在訊息裡面有連結
9.三天內會給大門密碼跟房間密碼，也是會在訊息裡面，操作算是滿簡單的
10.要搭地下室電梯的話，要先從一樓進去按下樓才可以

I rarely write reviews on Booking, but this time I wanted to thank you for the effort put into this concept – it's a great hotel, small, boutique, in a very quiet neighborhood, in a good location. Comfortable, spacious room, Japanese-style bathroom. There's a lounge with a shared kitchen for use on the ground floor, and a surprise – free snacks and ice cream in the fridge (my husband was delighted). There's a communal terrace on the roof. We sent our luggage to this hotel from another city, and everything went very smoothly – our suitcase was already waiting for us in the room. Thank you to the staff and the creators of this hotel for their effort and dedication to making our stay an excellent experience. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the success of this concept, and I plan to return :)))
