Pros:

房間很大，樓下有個小客廳，有台咖啡機、另外還有麵包、泡麵，冰淇淋隨你吃，位置很好，離河原四条町走路就幾分鐘的路程。

Great location, on a narrow street, very close to shops and restaurants and transport. Overall a very nice and clean apartment. Quite big for a Japanese hotel and plenty of room for a small family . Very nice staff. Would stay again! Good value for money!

Pros:

Has a kitchen that we could use which we liked! Room was comfortable and new. Allowed us to deliver luggage to the hotel after discussion with them. There is a grocery store located next to it which was very convenient. As no staff is at the hotel, chat response time wasn't immediate but decent.

Great location, great space, easy to check in/out,
Nice bathroom.
Good coffee and tea. Generous supply of water, towels and coffee/tea.
Nice kitchen utilities.

Cons:

Lack of cooking essentials, had to buy oil, etc.

No dish towel, which would have been useful.

Perhaps 1 or 2 larger bowls.

Wonderful perfect experience!
Pros:

Everything! There is a supermarket just next door with excellent food choice. We bought wagyu and cooked two days straight. The sashimi in the supermarket was already good enough and to be able to eat at the comfort of a spacious living room with a huge screen. The apartment has an elevator easy for access with luggage. The entire experience was superb!

Cons:

Not so much dislikes, just suggestion for improvement: add one more full body mirror in living room.
