Ein komfortabler Aufenthalt in einem modernen Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Es war sauber und modern. Alles war sehr gemütlich und kein bisschen abgenutzt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem und das Zimmer konnte man abdunkeln. Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder buchen.

Value, Convienence
Pros:

Great location, less than 500m to S-Bahn with connections from Bamberg to Nuremberg and beyond, but still easily accessible by car. Perfect for an adventure to Erlangen Bergkirchweih.

Cons:

Parking price was expensive, especially for a weekend. Don’t expect free parking.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut mit kleinen Abweichungen
Pros:

Es war eine außerordentlich entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel, obwohl in Erlangen "Berg" war und dementsprechend am späten Abend sehr viele stark alkoholisierte junge Männer unterwegs waren. Das Zimmer war hervorragend gerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Es war eigentlich alles gut außer, dass beim Frühstück eine wirklich erstaunliche Einseitigkeit herrschte. Denn es gab an der warmen Frühstückstheke zum Rührei nur Geflügelwürstchen oder Geflügel-Frikadellen und an der Frischwursttheke dann ebenfalls Geflügelwurst und eine vegane Wurst, die weder geschmacklich noch von der griesigen Konsistenz her lecker war.
Der Föhn im Bad gab nach einer eigentlich relativ kurzen Nutzungsphase die Arbeit auf und brauchte seeeeeeeeehr lange, bis der Temperatursicherungsschalter klickte und eine erneute Benutzung ermöglichte.

Great Room Facilities: My room was well-equipped with excellent amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. Everything worked perfectly and felt high-quality.

Seamless Check-in/out: The arrival and departure processes were incredibly smooth, fast, and hassle-free.

Cons:

The cost of parking for one night at 15 euros feels excessive. Free parking is available nearby at the adjacent office buildings, offering ample space. Considering these options, paying for parking seems unnecessary, especially on weekends.

Ok für eine Durchreise
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Bett bequem. Ok für ne Übernachtung auf der Durchreise.
Die Lobby sah sehr stylisch aus.

Cons:

Wir hatten bewusst das teurere Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine (meist ja ein Wasserkocher oder eine Nespressomaschine mit Tabs und Teebeuteln) gebucht. Diese gab es im Zimmer nicht und wurde erst auf Nachfrage vom sehr netten Rezeptionspersonal aus einer Abstellkammer geholt. Ebenso mussten Tassen, Löffel und Zucker etc erst an der Bar besorgt werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine hätte laut Aushang im Zimmer für 50,- Pfand ausgeliehen werden können. Dürfen die Zimmer ohne Aufpreis dann gar keine Maschine ausleihen oder wie hat man sich das Konzept vorzustellen?

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat mir wirklich gut gefallen.

Cons:

Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ( mein Vater musste dringend ins Krankenhaus) musste ich einen Tag früher abreisen.
Geplant war bis 20.04. Abreise erfolgte am 19.04. Dies teilte ich am Sonntag Morgen der Rezeption mit und es wurde mir die Umbuchung und Kostenrückerstattung für einen Tag zugesagt. Dies ist leider nicht geschehen.
Wollte Sie darüber nochmals informieren und bitte um Stellungnahme.
