Locatie en luxe en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

1.Geen waterkoker op de kamer.
2.Vuil in prullenbak van vorige gasten
En 3. Het 3e bed was nog niet opgemaakt bij aankomst. Er was ook geen beddengoed op de kamer aanwezig voor dit bed dus moesten terug naar beneden om dit te regelen.

Läget, nära motorvägen.

Cons:

Vi frågade efter mat eftersom vi kom sent på kvällen och fick rabattkuponger till en pizzeria precis bredvid, visade sig att pizzerian var stängd. Kändes onödigt! Vattenflaskan som man skulle få som välkomstpresent var öppen och använd (av tidigare gäster?) och kaffekapslar saknades helt. Väldigt dåligt städat efter de tidigare gästerna.

Bis auf die Bar, kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen. Aber für einen nächtlichen Absacker, nein.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Bett sehr bequem

Cons:

Die Bar hat uns nicht gefallen. Der Barmann war unhöflich. Und was auf der Getränkekarte steht, war nicht vorrätig. Nicht nur das es nicht vorrätig war, der Barmann meinte auch, nur eine es auf der Karte steht, heißt es nicht gleich, dass wir es haben.
Der Wildberry Lilette von 8,50 Euro war ein einfaches Schweppes mit Eiswürfeln, wo der Lilette vorbeigeschwommen ist. Keine Beeren nichts.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfortable room, and the friendly staff. However, there are a few areas that could be improved.

The first issue was the air conditioning. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature and waiting quite some time, the room never became properly cool. During the hot weather, this significantly affected our comfort and made it difficult to relax after a long day.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the parking. We paid €15 per day expecting a secure hotel parking area, but upon arrival we were informed that the hotel itself does not manage or monitor the parking, does not know whether spaces are available, and that access is shared with different organisations. In that case, it is difficult to understand what the parking fee actually covers or what additional value guests receive for the extra cost.

After a long day of travelling, we wanted to relax with a drink at the bar. Unfortunately, we waited around 15 minutes without anyone coming to serve us, despite ringing the service bell. When a staff member finally appeared, we were asked to wait another 15 minutes. After already waiting for so long, we decided to return to our room instead. Instead of unwinding after the journey, we ended up spending our evening waiting and then giving up.

Breakfast offered a good selection overall, but several items were not replenished promptly during busy periods. The juice and coffee machines frequently ran empty, and guests had to wait for them to be refilled. A little more attention to keeping the buffet stocked would make the breakfast experience much smoother.

These are not major issues individually, but together they affected the overall impression of our stay. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.

Fräscht, modernt och tyst hotell med sköna sängar. Trevlig lobbybar och mycket välkomnande personal. Mycket prisvärt!
Pros:

Rummen mycket rena, tysta och välutrustade med bekväma sängar och bra luftkonditionering.
Servicen och bemötandet från personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam och välkomnande.
Bra frukost.
