The staff was very friendly.

I recently stayed at a the la vue hotel that was unfortunately a disappointing experience. On my first day, I was surprised to find an unexpected double charge for food purchases. To make matters worse, my clothing went missing during my stay, leaving me feeling frustrated and violated. The staff seemed unhelpful in addressing my concerns, which further marred the experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of transparency and security.

From the moment we arrived at La Vue Boutique Hotel, we were treated like royalty. The entire experience was absolutely superb, and what truly set this stay apart was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were pampered, comfortable, and appreciated every step of the way.

A very special shoutout to:
• Keffina (Front Desk): Her warm greeting (“Hey good night, it’s Keffina!”) instantly made us feel welcome. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help — she made our check-in and stay smooth and enjoyable.
• Andrez Bascombe (Front Desk): Always courteous and efficient, Andrez handled every interaction with care and a smile. His service was top-notch.
• Mikaili (The Cook): The meals were absolutely delicious! Mikaili clearly puts pride and love into every dish — every bite was memorable.
• Ashante & Anna (Restaurant Servers): These two made every dining experience a pleasure. Their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism stood out. They made us feel truly special at every meal.

It’s rare to find a hotel where every staff member contributes to such a high level of hospitality, but La Vue excels in this. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already planning our return.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxury boutique experience with genuine Caribbean warmth and personalized service. Five stars all the way!

Aesthetically pleasing hotel HOWEVER, as soon as you pass the reception the energy is horrible. The staff behind the bar are miserable, unaccommodating & make it seem like everything is a chore for them. As my partner & I were staying for 5 days we thought we’d make an effort, like we always do to make conversation & get to know the staff we will be seeing daily but we weren’t met with the same energy at all. We never received a smile from anyone other than the reception staff which is quite unprofessional seeing as they’re in the hospitality industry. I always felt uncomfortable when I was in the bar area sometimes I never even wanted to order a drink as I felt I was asking for too much. There was a woman whose name I never got but she’s an elder woman with glasses (late 40s early 50s), she felt it necessary to have a constant attitude along with a woman named Janeen both women shouldn’t be in hospitality at all, they have no customer service whatsoever. I watched the elder woman give her “best” service to 3 men who dismissed her & never said please or thank you at breakfast yet we constantly showed gratitude and got not even half decent customer service. My partner absolutely loved their ginger punch but a few times we were told there was no ginger when I personally saw with my own eyes another staff member take the ginger out the fridge & hand it to either the elder woman or Janeen. During my stay, the La Vue team went above and beyond—welcoming me early, upgrading me to an ocean‑view suite at no extra cost, and delivering impeccable service, delicious food, and absolutely breathtaking views. It truly felt like a presidential‑level experience—luxurious, thoughtful, and unforgettable.

Awesome Staff! A bit pricey for the room quality. I was told I had an ocean view. I however did not have an ocean view. Overall decent stay. Great views.

Neither boutique or beach. Would be ok for half the price. Room that feels unfinished, loud AC, mediocre service (forgot few times about my requests). Not recommended

Staff was welcoming!

Food was quite good but limited variety. Was hoping for more sea food. Pool bar never opened and the beach area was disappointing. Not really a beach but a shore line. Staff were very accommodating and our room had a great view. Quite with a nice pool.

Outstanding property to stay as a first visit to the island. Staff is outstanding, friendly, and welcoming. Dining options are outstanding - be sure to attend the Sunday buffet, great time to meet locals. We will return.

Overall great. Staff were awesome...front desk staff Brian and Terone were very helpful. Dining and Bar staff great as well. My girl Z (forgot the spelling of her name, but it starts with Z) so helpful and friendly.
Housekeeping could have been better. But overall the stay was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet, clean rooms with great air conditioning and comfortable bed. Excellent ocean views around the hotel.

We stayed here the last couple days of our vacation and the staff and resort was wonderful. The pool was relaxing and the views are stunning. Food at both restaurants were great!
