Pros:

Location is great but just horrible experience, had trouble with the the tv and was told it had to do with the weather the the internet service was going out, toilet was not working, and the door kept vibrating from the little movement upstairs. Spoke with Leo a manager and was told I can get a discount for next time

Not recommended
Pros:

The staff was the best: friendly, polite, helpful, respectful. The hotel had free breakfast & parking. Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The shower was super high with minimal water flow. The worst shower ever. Took me almost 1 hour to wash & rinse my hair. The bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress & pillows were too soft. Couldn't get comfortable; I woke up with a headache & backache. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The room smelled musty & stale. Breakfast is served before 9 am; too early for non-business travelers. The reading lights didn't work. The A/C didn't cool enough & smelled musty. The shower & mattress were deal breakers for me. Stayed at a different hotel for the second night.

Good location staff needs some training on handling the customer in front of you and not the phone.
Pros:

I liked it was on the Westside of Palmdale close to the venue we went to see a concert at.

Cons:

I didn't like how tight the entrance was to our room. Then when I asked to upgrade she as they didn't have any rooms available. There was also a drug addict homeless person that came in during check in. The check in clerk charges my card even though I told her I paid in advance with hotels.com. We also waited for 10 minutes while she was on the phone we had to wait to be checked in. Breakfast options were not very good at all and I stayed there because it's a Marriot and when I told her I was a member she didn't give me my points.

Lacking a few basic in room and on site common guest items . Internet and cell sericiee is horrible and very not able
