Suggestions 1.Reception was not satisfactory 2. Though we had arrived at facility we were asked to pay room rent upfront before being received 2.Room was not prepared 3.Room service was unsatisfactory 4.The checkout was unsatisfactory.
The desk manager at the restaurant post check in was excellent. She redeemed the negatives.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options.
The hotel is close to Kolar , Hoskote , Korati etc .
Our room was spacious.

It was great family outing.
Pros:

Bathrooms should have been better.
Curtain on class window where light was there even during night. There were no windows which were opening to outside of property.
