Todo bien bonito y la atención muy bien

Extender horarios de restaurantes y actividades para familias en las noches de fin de semana.

Ducha en mal estado.

Quizás hace años fue un hotel súper bonito. Hoy la falta muchísimo mantenimiento en todo. No tienen menú de niños, pedimos unos pancakes y estaban crudos y nadie dijo nada mucho menos una disculpa. Era un lugar hermoso.

Sugiero darle mantenimiento a ciertas áreas que se ven muy descuidadas

I loved the experience! Everything was so quiet and the sound of nature felt very peaceful away from all noises. It was a great retreat with my partner, will definitely go back!

Excelente lugar

Everything was super great, they should update the menu prices cause breakfast was really a $7.50 per person, besides that the pool the room and thw hotel was really great!

we checked in but we didn't stay, the bed had some bugs (don't know what they were), the installations were dated and dirty. I canceled with Hotels.com but the hotel wouldn't give the refund even though they don't measure up.

We stayed one night. The hotel is a bit old and tired. The location and grounds are beautiful, clean and safe. The checking process was ok, reception seemed more interest in other things than addressing us. The restaurant staff were all very nice and attentive. The electricity went out at 8 am the following day and was not scheduled to return until 4 pm. On check-in this was not mentioned specially as it was planned. Lots of peacocks and wildlife. Very beautiful setting. Overall it was ok for a stop over, it is rated higher than our experience.

Escribo esto con mucha tristeza, pero creo es necesario la naturaleza y todo el terreno es una belleza, hay muchos senderos para explorar y vistas impresionantes EL PROBLEMA ESTÁ EN HOSPEDARTE tristemente las instalaciones están en decadencia, todo muy viejo y eso no fuera nada pero LA LIMPIEZA en serio es inexistente. El desagüe de la ducha estaba tapada, la ropa de cama y las toallas muy vieja y sucias, realmente todo está en ruinas tristemente. Es decepcionante por que es un terreno relamente grande y encantador pero no se podría llamar hotel y menos Resort. Lo recomiendo para un day pass únicamente. El menú es poco variado y bastante caro pero a tan solo unos pasos de la propiedad hay muchas opciones de caféterias y comedores donde pueden encontrar platillos económicos y ricos. De las 2 piscinas que indica la publicación sólo una existe en la actualidad.

La propiedad esta muy Bonita pero el cuarto estaba muy sucia y llena de telaraña en todo el baño uno llega a relajarce pero con esas condiciones no se puede

Difficult to sleep because the noisy peacocks. Limited food options. No information of anything within the complex. Need a lot of updating. The staff were friendly.
