This is a terrific, clean place to stay that’s close to the biggest sites in Manitou Springs.

Peacefully Received
Pros:

Had to make an emergency reservation after another hotel completely botched our original. The front desk team member had everything ready for my arrival and made sure we had all we needed. Room was spacious! Perfectly clean! Extremely comfortable.
First morning for breakfast and the hostess went out of her way to get a tray and everything in the breakfast area was fresh and delicious.
This hotel is a model of excellence!!! Can’t wait to come back!

The location is great

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't clean, the AC was so noisy even though it was off , we changed a room twice because of that and the breakfast was so basic.

Comfortable, quiet place to rest and recharge after a mountainside trek. Pleasant staff+breakfast.
Pros:

We stayed during a quiet period in mid-Feb, this IHG is conveniently located between Manitou Springs village and the highway connecting Colo Springs to Denver. We had a lovely view of Pike's Peak from our west-facing room and a park/playground next door with public tennis courts and a stream behind the hotel. Covered parking and excellent breakfast with automated pancake machine, staff courteous and helpful. Several restaurants within a few minutes' drive on the main street and Garden of the Gods at your doorstep. Olympic Museum was fascinating, within 10-min. drive. Clean and comfortable, we would visit again!

Cons:

Evening hours for restaurants vary, after 9pm only a few places may be open for dining, understandable for a village outside the city. No complaints.
