I was very comfortable.
Pros:

Manitou parking is awful BUT right in front of this hotel is a stop for free shuttle into downtown.
Pros:

The variety was very good, hot and cold items were offered and a steady stream of coffee !! Beautiful views of Pikes Peak from the sitting area.

We loved the staff and location for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

Christian and the new associate who he was training were phenomenal! The breakfast was great and the location is perfect for the Pikes Peak races.

Cons:

The room cleaning services seemed a bit inconsistent.

Cons:

Hot tub not working. Same hot breakfast everyday got old. Loud hallways.

The entrance and bathroom smelled stronge like urine and a horrible other odor. Front desk came to room agreed but couldn't get me into another room. The bathtub wouldn't drain, only one out of family was able to shower and a part of bath tub broke under the handle. The next day, maintenance found something in the bath drain I was told that caused the odor. I was given 5000 IHG points for the trouble. Money back would have been more appropriate

Very clean and updated. Very nice staff.
Pros:

It was as nice as the Hilton we stayed at but you had a complementary breakfast and free parking.

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing.

Generally, a well managed facility but I was dissapointed that I was located adjacent to reception.
Pros:

Breakfast good. Location good. Facilities good. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

My room was close to reception and breakfast area. I could hear early morning breakfast guests.
