Poor WiFi is a deal breaker

This is my go to place

Cons:

This is the second time i experienced poor WiFi. Which I find annoying and frustrating. Travel for work and having online meetings this is a critical service. It’s like having accommodation without a bed.

Pros:

Cama, chuveiro, tamanho do quarto. Café muito bom.

Cons:

Tivemos um Problema no checkin pois a pessoa não estava lá na mesa de recepção mas foi resolvido relativamente rápido.
Tb não repunham o número de toalhas correto no quarto todos os dias.

Cons:

I arrived 15 to 20 minutes before their check in time and they refused to let me in even though the room was ready. Seriously no one can predict exact time of arrival and they are not flexible at all

Hell in Sandton
Pros:

Too high levels of noise from other guests. Cut my stay short and they refused a refund until I threatened with bad publicity did they issue a credit. They also refused to refund the damage deposit.

Cons:

Noise. The kitchen assistant didn't speak english
