Excelente atendimento e localização. Quartos amplos e limpos, equipados com geladeira, fogão e microondas. Destaque para o atendimento da Beauty, foi muito receptiva e disponível durante toda a hospedagem. O café da manhã era variado e bem servido. Também dispunha de estacionamento.

Very secure facility with key card access to the main area. The location is key, very central to Sandton and this was fantastic for the purpose of my visit. The laundry service was great and they attended to my request for express delivery seamlessly.
The Pizza section in the restaurant was on yet there was no chef and Pizza's were not available on the food menu. It is a bit wasteful to see all that gas being burnt without the possibility of having a pizza.
The facility lacks some minor maintenance, which I believe would go a long way, the walls and doors have a lot of scuffs and scrapes, this does somehow make the property seem lacking in maintenance, especially due to the dark colour pallet which is in the property.

I wanted to try out their pizza but they didn't have it at the time. Either way, I enjoyed their sandwiches and breakfast.
I do want to ask that they please set aside blankets for the winter season or an electric blanket.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with Air-Condition, oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, etc.
Africas biggest shopping center (Sandton City Mall) with supermarkets is located around the corner (10-15 min walking-distance). Restaurants, Nelson Mandela Square... are also within walking distance. The area around the hotel is also very clean, well-maintained, and, most importantly, safe. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again anytime and highly recommend it!

The functionality and how tidy and clean my room was upon my return
Noise of bathroom (think the fan)
Room was spacious and clean. Good location for shopping centre. Good blackout curtains. Bar staff were lovely, good value drinks.
Room was on the bottom floor near reception and toilets, when the toilets were in use it sounded like they were in our room it was so loud. Kitchenette had no supplies such as pans, pots etc., we requested supplies and never received them.
Asked to use the ironing board and after the second time asking we received it only for the staff to want it back 10 minutes later.
The rooftop bar was not really a bar, more an upstairs seating area. Library also lacking.
