I like the location and friendly staff.
Nothing was to much for them.
The breakfast and dining area was great too
They really need to get new towels they were hard and smelled old.
The shower pressure and shower itself could have maintenance refurb.
Great staff
Great location, safe, clean and very comfortable room. Even the first floor rooms are very quite and is well equiped. Great for digital workers due to the co-working areas in different floors, library, rooftop.
The restaurant at the hotel was not the best experience. Room service phone was unresponsive and even by going to the restaurant is took about 2 hours to get the order (I think the food offer in the area is better.)
The staff was absolutely phenomenal. From reception, to my departure. Everyone was so helpful and so nice.
My room had such bad network signal.
Breakfast was ok, location is the best and ample secured parking.
There was an offish smell like sewerage in the bathroom.

It was very dirty. The bathrooms were not clean at all. They also need to change curtains coz they were filthy.

The aesthetic appeal.
First of all the towels so small they were for chipmunks. They was a “crack”/ splitting in the bed. Instead of a double bed, it was two singles put together.

Stayed at the Black Brick Sandton One for one night while traveling for work.
The studio apartments are modestly furnished yet still have all the basics. There’s some work spaces to use on each floor.
The gym is sparsely equipped and could do with at least two cardio machines.
I also hoped for more variety of foods at breakfast.
Great service from the staff. Had to request assistance and room changes fue to IT issues. The ladies handled all my requests professionally and with care.
Breakfast was a complete no no.
The staff was extremely helpful; the studio, very spacious (though the couch could use some cleaning); the food, delicious; the music, great & the overall vibe, super friendly!
PS: I was really glad to see that you repainted the place in white, as I initially hesitated to book at BlackBrick because your online photos (Booking.com) still show the old dark decor, which was too austere for my liking.
I was told breakfast was served from 6.30AM. On the day I was checking out to go to the airport, I could not have breakfast as the food was not ready until 6.45AM, when I left. I actually left the hotel later than planned, hoping to be able to get breakfast, but as they were late in preparing it, I could only have coffee & croissants. That was disappointing!
