Pros:

The hotel is very well located. However the person at the check in provided a very poor service. He was almost rude in his demeanor to treat customers. He didn't even provide the wifi information, nor any information in regards to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, yet the coach was very dirty. It was a hassle to close the windows in the rooms as they have poor maintenance and one handle was almost broken. I had a room on the ground floor and the noise was terrible. For the same price or a few dollars more, you can find better hotels in very well-located areas of Johannesburg. I would skip this one on future occasions.

Inconvenient TV / In Room Entertainment
Pros:

The lack of basic TV channels was appalling and meant that if you did not have a streaming package you are no where. Certainly made it a bit boring and found myself using my DSTv Streaming and having to set it up which is an inconvenience.
