Numa Seville Solea

Room climate is very comfortable. All rooms are clean. Kitchen was well provided with what we need. love the nespresso coffee machine! Marilou was very helpful!!

The apartment was excellent. One suggestion-instructions on how to use the cooktop.

Everything was fantastic about our stay…check was easy and the room was comfortable and clean. It is a very well kept building and I would definitely stay again. Great location too!

Staying in the Numa property in Seville was amazing, it was well equipped and beautiful. The location was brilliant - literally only a 5 min walk from all the shops and very close to other attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider Numa again in other destinations.

The most beautiful apartment where we have been as tourists.
Comfortable, clean, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, very friendly janitor, housekeepers and people who quickly answer 24/7 chat.

I really enjoyed this property, great space, comfy bed, good pillows, great AC, would love to stay here again for a longer period of time.

Lovely apartment and everything you need. The AC is heaven sent. Really easy access to the building and flat - no need to remember a key. They have a great app and WhatsApp chat for your needs. Essentials cupboard you can top up any amenities. Luggage storage lockers if needed. Really good location - walkable to everything and close to all the shops and resautrants. 100% recommend!

Wowww where do I begin. May 27th 2025.

We started out trip at the property in Seville. when you enter it looks soo cute like the picture on Expedia.
However, As we enter the room, it smells like an animal has died and no attempt was made to clean it. So bad that we have to keep a scarf (hankercheif) with us with perfume on it at all times, to not die of this awful smell. The room is dirty, you can’t open the windows because the smell is war stronger on the veranda.
They offer us a room change. It’s a much smaller room. We say it’s okay just send someone to clean it. They say ‘sure right away’ . No one comes we call again, after 5 calls they say we can do it today. We go outside and get air fresheners for the room and spray it every hour. Awful smell, continues. Next day they are supposed to clean it. We go for a road trip, come back our friend visits us for some time. She also notices the smell. The room has not been cleaned. Ants appear magically dead. Around the room.

Quiet, well equipped, safe & nicely furnished apartment within easy reach of the attractions. Perfect for a short break.

The staff was more than helpful in allowing us early check-in during the national power outage. Our ground level apartment was well appointed and clean. Roof terrace was a bonus.

Only suggestion would be to improve exterior ventilation in kitchen/living area.

The apartment was as the photos - well renovated - and the location was fantastic. Unfortunately our experiences was marred due to a cockroach infestation. We reported it and were assured it would be dealt with the next day. Sadly, less 24 hours later another cockroach was scuttling around the bathroom as I showered and then the large one in the photos attached was in the bedroom again climbing and gliding around. We actually understand and had empathy as lived abroad and know how difficult this can be for the owners, but after being promised a small partial refund we have not received it. Whenever we message they simply say it has been sent but it has absolutely not come through and the level of help and support is terrible - they reply quickly and in a friendly way but just push you along…..wait a few more days, wait a few more days, contact Expedia…..sadly we went into this resolution process hoping to say there was an issue (we weren’t going to even mention what) but that we had been impressed by the customer service. This is not the case and we have been left frustrated. We were never offered the opportunity to move rooms and in all honesty we didn’t ask as suspect the infestation was throughout (we were on floor one, not ground). We stayed as it was Holy Week and there was nowhere we could afford to move to.
