Breakfast was great, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the service was excellent
Pros:

Breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a wide variety of choices to start the day. The food was fresh and well prepared, and the dining area was comfortable.The location of Four Points by Sheraton Desaru is also very convenient. It is situated close to the beach area and nearby attractions in Desaru, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the soundproofing of the rooms. At times, noise from the hallway or nearby rooms could be heard. Better sound insulation would definitely enhance the overall comfort and make the stay even more relaxing.

Pleasant, homely atmosphere and sweet memories

The ambiance, exceptionally professional, helpful, efficient and friendly staff.

Cons:

There’s no In- Room Dining.

Could do with more floor mats in the bathroom. Do not issue torn and tattered bathrobes to guests.

Very convenient environment with all shops nearby.

Cons:

The breakfast I order " 2 eggs your way" and it mentioned there will be mushrooms /tomato grilled , chicken chipotle ,buttered vegetables and choice of eggs but I received at my door omelette and 1 sliced bread. I paid rm 44 for that dish which I was very disappointed in it . Although I can cancel the dish but I was pregnant 9 months and was very hungry that morning. Kindly tell your kitchen staff next time if can't provide the ingredients as mentioned just give us a heads up. I think 2 eggs and 1 piece of bread doesn't come up to Rm 44.
