Our stay here was amazing, we had beautiful service and the place was so comfortable and cozy, I loved it ❤️ I would highly recommend.

Pros:

the room very clean, comfortable bed and pillow.

Cons:

Customer service is very questionable. One of the staff even yell at me. My luggage bit by their dog. They were focus on the guests who join their tour but ignore me, I asked the other customer to drive me town as so many dogs around they kept busy and didn’t help on me.

Cons:

We found cockroach in "fresh" towels. The sound proofing is very poor, you can hear how others shower or use the toilet. Also at night you can hear trains very loudly. Close to our room was the technical room, so we could hear all night some machines working.

Great service and very comfortable stay.
Pros:

What I liked the most about the hotel was the kindness of the staff. They were very attentive and flexible with the changes I needed to make, which I really appreciated. The hotel is a little far from the center, but the facilities are spacious and warm, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast has everything necessary to start the day well.

Great staff! Hot water in the shower was perfect!
Pros:

The Staff was exceptional friendly. But the location itself was terrible, the surroundings. It is not only the hotel, something, maybe the outside, maybe they can do a rock garden, so the hotel feels welcome to you.

Cons:

The surrounding, like i mentioned the hotel is not in a nice spot.

A fantastic choice
Pros:

Really great hotel BUT the staff was the cherry on top - absolutely fantastic, attentive, kind, helpful.

Cons:

A bit outside of the town centre, but one either always for 10 mins or gets a taxi. Not a real problem.

Rooms were nice and clean, very big, the shower was hot and had good pressure.

Cons:

Hotel is pretty far from the main area, walk is 15 minutes away on dirt roads. Biggest problem is they have an exchange rate for USD to boliviano at 1 to 8 which does not reflect the market rate. This was only communicated after booking the property. We ended up having to pay $20 more than the actual market rate. You can pay with card but there is a 5% surcharge.

Careful! You have to pay in dollars
Pros:

It’s super clean, the breakfast is nice and the staff was very friendly.
The room we had was very big and it was a great place to chill a little bit after the tour.

Cons:

It was really annoying that they want you to pay in dollars. For everyone else it costs way more per night, because the exchange rate is so bad. We had to pay 10€ more per night and probably would have booked something else if we would have known before.
The room feels quite airless and only has a window to the inside of the building.
