Consigliato!
Pros:

Business hotel, con camera molto ampia e comoda. Ottima colazione nella terrazza panoramica con anche buon ristorante. Posizione comoda per il centro di La Paz.

Cons:

Camera un pochino fredda, ma più che accettabile.

Room and restaurant with a view!
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Location was ok, 10 minutes walk to City center. Various breakfast every day. Good cuisine in a restaurant with probably the most beautiful view over La Paz! We booked a room with 2 beds and this was spacious.

La relación costo/beneficio no justifica el servicio, las instalaciones ni la ubicación.

El servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al hotel, nada más.

Cons:

1. Pedimos una habitación por el día, ya que no pernoctabamos, pero necesitabamos un lugar donde mis papás (de la tercera edad descansen). Aceptamos la tarifa marcada por booking, y lo único que pedimos fue adelantar el desayuno (ya que los abuelitos llegaban muy temprano de mañana y no se quedaban a dormir) y si había disponibilidad hacer un early check in, para que puedan descansar antes de salir a un compromiso. El hotel adelantó el desayuno como un gran esfuerzo y entregaron la habitación a las 4 horas de estar en el hotel, ya para ese momento salieron y el adelanto de 2 horas respecto de la hora habitual no sirvió de nada. 2. El restaurante tiene un desayuno básico, sin pan marraqueta que es algo esperable en la ciudad de La Paz. 3. El baño de hombres en el restaurante está en mal estado, la puerta no cerraba, el grifo de agua tenía dañado el sensor y el grifo estaba suelto (giraba y se movía). 4. La habitación que nos asignaron tenía una cama matrimocinal, y una banca para apoyar la maleta, no tenía ni una silla... y el hotel conociendo las necesidades de los señores de 3ra edad podrían haber considerado el tema, o al menos para trabajar sentado (siempre hay una silla). 5. la habitación se pagó para 2 personas, sólo tenía 1 juego de toallas y kit de higiene para 1 persona, pedir el segundo kit no debía ser una necesidad para el huesped. 6. Nos hicieron pagar la estadía al mediodía, y nos pidieron datos para la factura (14:00), al momento del check out la persona de recepción estaba en el ascensor, nos la encontramos y le dijimos (tenemos el transporte afuera esperando, le podemos entregar la tarjeta? y nos dijo que no, que en el counter, entendimos y bajamos a esperarla porque ella estaba haciendo una diligencia. Perdimos el transporte, cuando pedimos la factura NO estaba emitida, y eran las 20:00.... como pedíamos transporte de aplicación, nos VOLVIO a dejar, porque la impresora no estaba conectada para imprimir la factura, y luego procesó la otra factura.
