After a long flight from New York, I was greeted by a friendly valet attendant named joe. He kindly helped me unload my heavy luggage and storedit for me while I park my car in the self parking lot. The self parking lot was $40 a night, which I found expensive considering lot is uncovered. I was assigned room 905, which unfortunately is located next to the freeway and is extremely noisy. I could hear cars constantly speeding throughout the night. I contacted the front desk regarding the issue, but since the hotel was sold out, I was told there were no alternative rooms available. The window also did not appear to provide adequate sound insulation from the freeway noise.
Later that evening, after returning from dinner, I discovered there were no available parking space left in the parking lot. Once again, Joe stepped into help. He took my car while I remain in the passenger seat and drove through the parking area searching for an opening. He noticed a vehicle with its lights on and kindly ask the guest if they were leaving. Fortunately they were, and Joe was able to park my car for me. Joe provided truly exceptional customer service and was a highlight of my stay. He is far the best valet attendant I have ever encountered. His professionalism, initiative, and pride in his work were outstanding.
Great accommodation, the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. Absolutely stunning views on the rooftop. I really enjoyed my stay.

I would recommend this hotel highly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the hallways were quiet. The food at the hotel was exceptional as was the service staff how were helpful, accomodating, and very kind. The rooftop bar was lovely
Location, cleanliness and customer attention to detail was excellent. Very responsive to any needs. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Very pleased with the Hotel.
Reservation Customer service was not helpful. Needed to cancel 2 days prior and would not refund anything. I was told the hotel had discretion and the answer I got was condescending and I think I was texting with AI. Do not book through third party sites. Maybe if you get a real person Hyatt's customer service will be better. Seniors beware! Dare you to print this! Cosette
The hotel was nice. Room/bathroom was nice and clean.
I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking and it was not just for those staying at the hotel. I didn’t like that they charged a $25 A DAY destination fee even if you didn’t use any of the things the fee so called covered. I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have a microwave.

Rooms were ok. Only problem I had was with valet. Coming back from a long night shift and no valet to be seen. 3 days in a row. But they sure did charge me the valet fee. I got scammed. Beware if you’re not using valet during regular hours.
