Good Room and location, staff could turn it up a notch
Pros:

location was perfect for me Breakfast was odd no staff around and some strange other tenets that made me uncomfortable. So i got coffe and left on the next leg of my journey

Best night sleep hotel
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times, location is great, so many places to eat, get last minute forgotten items and the town is pleasant and people are kind. The staff here are very sweet and funny. I feel safe and secure here.

Cons:

The only thing is the coffee, would prefer flavored creamer, just improve the coffee station in the lobby please.

We came for a funeral

The air conditioner did not work that well. It was still hot in the room. Needed an iron in the room. None found Had to
Go to Walmart and buy one. The vinyl flooring was coming up. Not enough towels for a family of 4 staying there.

Bad experience, will not stay here again.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location and the restroom in the room, nice and spacious.

Cons:

The room had a bad smell when you walked in. The room was super hot when we arrived they have mini AC splits and it took forever to cool off the room. It was close to 100 degrees, I called the front desk to complain and they said I had to wait until the unit cools the room. I requested another room and they told me all rooms were the same. The pillows were supper flat, the mattresses for both beds were sitting on baseboards way larger so you would hit your legs to get on the bed. The room has no closets, no iron, I took my close wrinkled thinking I would have an iron in the room. I called the front desk to ask and they said I had to go pick it up from reception, I asked if someone can bring it to my room and they said no. The vending machines on my floor were not working, we were so thirsty and hot so we had to drive out to the store to buy a case of waters for a us. I will not be staying at this hotel again, first and last time.
