La sobreventa de habitaciones opacó nuestra estancia
Pros:

El hotel cumple con lo que se espera de un establecimiento de su categoría. Las habitaciones son cómodas y las áreas comunes se encuentran en buen estado. Lamentablemente, la mala gestión del alojamiento opacó una experiencia que pudo haber sido mucho mejor.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel antes del horario de check-in y amablemente recibieron nuestras maletas para que pudiéramos recorrer la ciudad. Sin embargo, al regresar por la noche nos informaron que no tenían disponible la habitación que habíamos reservado debido a una sobreventa. Fue una situación muy incómoda, especialmente porque tuvimos que insistir y reclamar en varias oportunidades para obtener una solución. Solicitamos hablar con el gerente, pero nunca se presentó ni recibimos una explicación adecuada. Finalmente, nos asignaron una habitación provisional. Además, comprobamos que no fuimos los únicos huéspedes afectados por este problema.

Al día siguiente tuvimos que desocupar esa habitación, volver a entregar nuestras maletas para que las resguardaran y esperar hasta que nos asignaran la habitación definitiva. Esto nos hizo perder tiempo y afectó nuestra planificación.
Lo que más nos decepcionó no fue únicamente el error de la sobreventa, sino la falta de comunicación, la demora en resolver el inconveniente y la ausencia de una atención adecuada por parte de la administración. Todo ello hizo que nuestra experiencia no fuera tan agradable como esperábamos y es una situación que no nos gustaría volver a pasar.

Fantastic 2 night stay to be repeated next year.
Pros:

Staff at reception, especially Dewi was exceptional.
So was Noor at the coffee shop next to reception.
A most comfortable bed, great parking and transport to airport.

I don’t try this hotel again while other hotels in the proximity offers better service.

Cons:

Poor behaviour of bartender and his supervisor. Untrained and armature how to treat the guests! Malfunctioning the barcode scanner to buy any snacks or water or other stuff and passive reaction from their supervisor that cannot do anything or bring up alternative way to buy a bottle of water!, noisy environment due to proximity to train tracks which disturbs a good sleep. Inattentive personnel to service the guests in restaurant which caused me waiting for them for many minutes to come and take the order it or bring the bill!!!

Tutto perfetto. Camere molto pulite e posizione vicinissima ai trasporti da e per Amsterdam città ed aeroporto di Schipol. Molto simpatico il buffet che di tanto in tanto viene servito in serata. Tornerò sicuramente
