Disappointing
Cons:

The place was dirty. The couch literally had circles of dirt on it. We couldn’t sit on it. I was so disappointed because it is in a Good location. I wish we had taken pictures. The toilets also smelt like pee and we had a family suite as we were traveling as a family with children. The food was mediocre and the beds were not very comfortable. Unfortunately We had booked and paid a non refundable amount for 7 days but ended up leaving after 2 days and looking for different accommodation. Overall a disappointing stay.

Pros:

The place was extremely clean, close to Sandton City and other places in the North. I’d definitely recommend the breakfast, it was really great.

Cons:

When we arrived, they couldn’t find my name at the gate. I had to makes calls to the reception personally to get inside, that took so much of our time and we had to leave the car outside because there wasn’t enough parking space. Maybe they can try work on the guest register system and parking. Otherwise, it was great.

Cons:

With the food being halaal I expected a more muslim inclined hotel. The pictures above the bed and carpet had weird images of people and animals. There was no spray or jug in the toilet. The bathroom basin was too small. The shower does not cater for if you do not want to wet your hair. The cons outweighed the pros of your beautiful location and personally I would not stay again

I liked the peace and quiet. And the staff at reception also very friendly and the securities St the gate.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that communication was bad. There was not feedback on my queries. The chat via the booking.com app has the intersection between myself and the hotel, I was heavily mislead in terms of the bar, when I arrived I was told the bar is not operating but I am more then welcome to Uber eats. But in the chat it said that the bar operates. So I was deeply disappointed by that and it affected my overall stay to he honest. I don't think I'll visit again as I don't take lies lightly.

Also, a smart TV or a smart TV box would also upgrade the TV to be able to watch Netflix and other streaming platforms.
