Cons:

We verbleven op de begane grond tegenover schoonmaak ruimte en die beginnen 6 uur met werken. Hotel is halal. Op zich geen probleem maar was vooraf niet bekend.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the coziness of the foyer. The masala omelettes were amazing. Hot porridge was made especially for us on request.

Cons:

The breakfast needs to be upgraded as far as the layout goes eg proper juice dispensers, crockery in a seperate area and not in the same area where people are crowded to get juice and fruit etc. Service in the breakfast area was not consistent with regards to glasses, cutlery etc. Housekeeping is not efficient as the person on the front desk usually tends to guests needs and when he is busy, sometimes one has to call numerous times before a request is tended to. The room can do with more tasteful design. Lastly the little sink is so impractical.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely place in a very safe area, and you can really feel that as soon as you arrive. The room is spacious and well equipped, with a kitchen where you can actually cook your own meals, which is a big plus.

Cons:

It’s difficult to give an overall rating as I stayed here twice at different times, and the experiences were very different. My first stay (Room 15) was simply perfect, but unfortunately, the second stay (Room 7) was quite the opposite.
We booked twin beds but were given a king bed, and had to wait at least 20 minutes for the room to be rearranged. Towels were also forgotten, the bedsheet was torn, there was mold in the bathroom, and a used sheet had been left in the cupboard. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, as my first stay was excellent and showed that the place can be very good.

More than value for money!
Pros:

Starting from the reception, everyone was so welcoming and warm. The room was just beautiful. Very clean and everything I needed was available, even wine glasses!! The balcony had some seats, good for enjoying the afternoon sun. The blackout curtains were my favorite part, I could sleep in without noticing the light. The breakfast spread was also good. I had an amazing quiet time, exactly what I needed. This will definitely be my Sandton stay! I recommend 100%!

Cons:

The bathroom had a musty smell when you enter it first, it was not too strong.
