На 1-2 дня - хорошее недорогое решение, дольше - надо искать более комфортные условия для семейного отдыха.
Pros:

Из плюсов: безопасность и местоположение. В 100 метрах - корты падел

Cons:

Классические запахи канализации то с улицы, то в здании. Проблемы с сантехникой: стоячая вода в раковине или сломанная лейка в душе. Однообразные завтраки и отвратительные подушки.

How does one sum up a sleepless night ?
Pros:

I am a regular and usually enjoy staying at this property. But both my colleague and I had a terrible stay this time

Cons:

The rooms are not being maintained and management is not checking if things are not functioning. My colleague had a rattling fridge all night long and I had a dripping aircon. The noise of the water dripping on the floor all night did not let me sleep. There was no remote for the aircon in the room so I could buff the noise. The tv also didn’t work
We both had a sleepless night

Pros:

I was happy with the friendly staff and breakfast was great.

Cons:

The hotel is getting old and worn, although it is maintained cleanly. My issue was my room. The fridge sounded like there were kids in my room all night having stick fights. It kept me up the whole night.

sadly this will be my last stay at this property
Pros:

this is a good location and their breakfast is good

Cons:

I am a regular at this hotel and sadly this time both my colleague and I had the worst stay. He had a rattling fridge that kept him up all night and I had a dripping aircon which made it impossible to sleep. This is just poor management.
The rooms are tired and need to be checked but sadly seems like management are not competent or care.
so, the guests suffer.

It was a lovely stay overall. The staff at this location were phenomenal
Pros:

The property itself is beautiful- the pool area and the treehouse are fabulous

Cons:

While the rooms were nice and clean, I felt that a rug in the room would make the world of difference to give it more warmth.

I also didn’t like that there isn’t room service.

Disappointing and not value for money.
Pros:

The breakfast was not even that great but was the best experience compared to everything else.

The Receptionist during our stay was so helpful though when we described our grievances. I really appreciated that.

Cons:

There was a certain odour when we first walked into our room. It kind of stayed in the air and didn’t go anywhere when we tried to open the windows and air it out. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. Our pillows smelt like they had not been properly cleaned as they smelt like a man/ sweat. We did ask to move rooms which the receptionist helped us with. In the second room, the smell was still there so we reckoned it is mostly likely this way in all rooms. Also our door in the second room could not lock from the inside. When we called Maintenance and told them about this, they advised we can just lock with the latch on top of the door but sleeping with a door unlocked is insane and not comfortable for a guest at all. This place is beautiful but upkeep could use some work. It was a disappointing stay.

Quiet comfortable home from home

Security is great 24h feels very safe and secure in a good quiet neighbourhood
Easy to uber to and from
Breakfast might not be huge but the quality was excellent and the breakfast room is a cool space with great staff
Everything you need for a home from home

Cons:

Other than the pool bar there’s no real bar
But can order in a delivery service with no problems
So it’s not a real negative just something to be aware of!

Pros:

Friendly reception staff and a clean and comfortable room that had everything I needed.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with it being Kosher (so no real bacon), service was inconsistent (slow on the one day and great on another), and the food wasn't being kept warm enough (cold eggs etc).
