Cons:

Day of arrival water was cold, room was not properly cleaned bathtub got stains and in morning next day there was no water. Reception did not pick up the phone to assist with the water issue I had to go somewhere else to bath

Clean room and nice breakfast

Cons:

The noise from other rooms was terrible...not sure whether a room hosted a party or it was drinking buddies.The hotel needs to manage this. I didn't sleep at all tired as I was.

A security guard entered my room in the middle of the night without even knocking claiming that he has been sent to check if the room was vacant or not!!!that was very terrible for me and my worst hotel experience ever
