Great guest house, brilliant location
Pros:

We enjoyed a great stay at Park View R & R, the location was fab, right in front of the theatre & in walking distance to the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was plentiful & lots of storage. We especially enjoyed the use of the kitchen, the breakfast was fantastic & it also allowed us to be able to make pack lunch/picnics with all the utensils available. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone visiting, it will not disappoint!

Cons:

The bathroom smelt of damp when we first arrived - I think it was just due to the window being closed and I appreciate its an older building so this does occasionally happen. Easy enough to rectify with the window open. I was not personally a fan of the rainfall shower as I do not feel as though I can get clean & not get my hair wet (long hair girl problems!), I wish there was a separate smaller head that you can use via a hose.

Perfect spot for a couples getaway
Pros:

The property was easy to access and the communication from the hosts was great. The room was really clean and the interior was really nice. There was a full shared kitchen for use.

Really loved our stay at this property and will definitely book another stay when we revisit.
Pros:

The location and fairly close proximity to train and bus stations.
Comfortable and clean room/ensuite.
The kitchen/dining facilities were great and well equipped for making meals if needed.
Felt very secure.
The decor was lovely.

Cons:

There’s really nothing I didn’t like about the property apart from, finding it a little tricky doing the door code, but that’s probably down to me!

Mid week get away
Pros:

Good location for train station, value for money and quiet room, Netflix and WiFi.

Cons:

Towels only changed every 4 day unless you paid a fee. Two flights of stairs to our room.

Will definitely be staying here again, everything was great and we have absolutely no complaints.
Pros:

Very easy to get into the property as the staff made sure we understood how to access it. The room was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and more. Great location, didn’t even know there were other people in the b&b until we seen them as it was just so relaxing and quiet.
