Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable.

My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel

Rooms have a pretty nice style. Modern, new, very clean.
Location is perfect, but due to a major street it’s very noisy.

Check in was farcical rude and complete lack of customer service

Ιts a small nice hotel in the center near to everything near to sightseeings metro museums restaurants. Nice smiling staff and security measures all day. The roof bar is nice with dj musuc days. The guys in restaurant at the breakfast great and very helpful and polite and the food fresh and tasty. They need to make a better loby and decorate ir better ( its very poor and the impresion of reception is disapponting) and be a bit more fast in cleaning rooms. In general i nice hotel i would definitely stay again

Location is amazing. Room is clean but quite dark and small. Perfect if you're out all day exploring the city and you just come to the room to sleep. Breakfast is ok. Make sure you don't use their restaurant for dinner as you'll end up waiting ages for inedible and expensive food.

The hotel is in an amazing location and is clean.
However, half of the rooms are facing a major road. I couldn't sleep at night. After I asked to switch a room and received false promises from the management, I switched to a better room, just to discover that the hotel allowed filming that night, and had to suffer drone and equipment noise till 1AM.
Breakfast is lame.

The hotel is not even three star and yet they rate themselves as five star . Apart from location there is nothing redeeming about the hotel . Terrible breakfast and rooms are very average…

Nice hotel, ideally situated in the old town, very close to the Freedom Square. Superfriendly front-desk Staff, especially David was very serviceminded and did his best to help us. Breakfast is highly overpriced.

Fantastic central location right by Freedom Square, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and transport options immediately nearby.
Great service from the friendly, helpful staff.
Loved the balcony with city view from our 3rd floor room.

Positive. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to shops, cafes, restaurants, and transport links. It is clean, tidy, modern and the hotel reception was extremely efficient on our arrival. The rooms have tea/coffee facilities, a safe, hairdryer and a good shower.

Negative. The rooms are too warm and the thermostat could not be adjusted. I reported this twice to the reception. I was told to open the window/door. The noise from outside (staff smoking area) meant we had trouble sleeping. Although the food (when available) from the restaurant was good, the menu was misleading. We ordered eggs benedict on our first day, but the restaurant could not provide this on our second day etc.

The hotel was fabulous, location was perfect,to walk around the city.
Not too far from the charming old Tbilisi, where we discovered an amazing wine cellar dated from the 17th century, excellent wines,Vinoground is worth a visit.

Hotel is new all rooms and furniture are fresh, high ceilings very specious. Everything is clean, complimentary water and tea, coffee.

Biggest problem hotel is facing the main avenue with a little bridge. If you are sensitive to vehicle noise request room that facing a backyard. Every car passing through the bridge you can hear.

Breakfast is good but designed for tourists from USA or Europe. Menu is very specific. But overall is a positive experience.

I liked to have coffee available at the breakfast for free.
