Cons:

Met expectations; cost was equivalent to what you get
Pros:

good location to get to nice coffee shop/bookstore and having a jetted tub that was clean and functional.

Cons:

The smell of the lobby is that of air freshener intended to cover up the smell of nicotine/smoke. Luckily our room didn't have the same scent. The bed was not comfortable; the sheets came off easily leaving us on a crinkly mattress protector.

Pros:

I need a refund for this property. It was dirty, the bed felt like a box spring. Noisy, seemed like it was a extended stay and people living there. Had kids running all around, noisy. We checked out Friday morning and went elsewhere. Please call me at 608-445-2951 to discuss a refund on this stay. It was horrible

Pros:

The hotel is quite basic. It was clean and the room was comfortable. They have a very loyal group of people who stay there often.

Cons:

There's no house phone. Had to go all the way from the second floor farthest room to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and tissues. The guy reached under the desk and plopped a single roll of toilet paper down on the counter and left. There was no coffee although there was a coffee maker on a high shelf. Thank goodness there's a fast food place across the street.
