Cons:

My deposit took over 2 weeks to be released. Only reason it got released is because I had to call and bring it to the hotels attention that it wasn’t released.

Pros:

The front desk attendant went above and beyond to ensure we got a room due to a booking error on my part. She was amazing! We missed our connecting flight die to weather and didn't get our room til 130am.

Convenient, clean and comfortable
Pros:

We booked it last minute when we had travel delays. We messaged the property to say we’d check in at 1am and they replied immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet. The check in was easy, the staff was nice, they explained the airport shuttle options. The breakfast in the morning was convenient and very good. Grateful we chose this hotel for good rest during some frustrating travel. Good price.

Wonderful Hospitality and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and well maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great selection and was delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel lacks 24-hour room service, which would have enhanced the overall experience. In addition, I have still not received the refund of my deposit, and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

For the cost I was very unsatisfied
Pros:

Room had a bad odor ,there was a roach in the bedroom I was under the assumption that parking was included and it wasn’t staff was very rude I felt uncomfortable even going to the desk to complain
