Good, new hotel with big rooms

Cons:

Missed some touches in the room - light switches by bed, place to hang towel by shower, etc. Just a bit too new?

Check in - quite functional

Pros:

Location was closed by to the airport and the free shuttle service was excellent

The toilet in the room was blocked

Cons:

We booked a two room suite for me, my wife and our son. Unfortunately the sofa bed was not made up on arrival but other than that it was good

My deposit took over 2 weeks to be released. Only reason it got released is because I had to call and bring it to the hotels attention that it wasn’t released.

Pros:

The front desk attendant went above and beyond to ensure we got a room due to a booking error on my part. She was amazing! We missed our connecting flight die to weather and didn't get our room til 130am.
