Everything felt old and in need of upgrade.

The location was good.

Cons:

Very small room and lots of stairs to get to the room . It could be cleaner . Every thing so old and definitely needs upgrade

Wonderful location, right at the San Marco Square. Great spot to explore all the best. Very helpful staff. Thanks for your advice each morning 👌

Cons:

If i had to pick something. Make sure your ok with stairs, that said there are stairs all over Venice. So was no problem for us.

Great for a short stay in the heart of Venice.
Pros:

Great central location and air conditioned for humid Venice weather.
Lovely staff.

Cons:

Floor was a bit uneven so bathroom door scraped and small bed was on an angle.
Didn’t really bother us, just the way old buildings in Venice are, small and a bit quirky.
