Pros:

スイートルームにはバスタブがあったので、久しぶりにお湯につかれて嬉しかったです。
部屋は広く、テレビも大きく最高でした。

Cons:

ほこりがかぶっている場所があったり、アメニティが入った箱が少し潰れていたり、バスタブの中が少し汚れ？ごみ？が気になったりしました。
あまり使われていない部屋なのか？
アメニティはもしかしたら輸送の時点で潰れているのか？？と考えました。
日本のスイートの気持ちで行くと気になる点が多々あるかもしれませんが、ネパールで、この値段でこのクオリティであれば納得です！

Stay experience elevated with wonderful staff behaviour
Pros:

Location is conveniently located in a part of Thamel that is quiet and peaceful yet close to shops and main roads.
The staff are just wonderful, especially the receptionist Smita. She was very kind and helpful, so were the two staff who provided us with a complimentary foot massage as part of the stay.

Cons:

I feel that housekeeping and maintenance could be better. For example, despite requesting cleaning of the room, the room and bathroom floors were not cleaned. A simple vacuum would’ve been nice.
Towels and sheets were changed and beds were made when requested though.
The ceiling above the overhead shower in the bathroom is leaky and drips water every time the shower is turned on. Bathrobes given in the room were torn.
New bathrobes, fixing the leaky ceiling and vacuuming of the floor would make the guest experience a 10/10 in my experience.

Veramente tutto, l'hotel è in un'ottima posizione ed è tutto molto tenuto bene e nuovo. Pulitissimo e pieno di servizi.

Cons:

Un paio di cose da migliorare: la colazione è molto americana e c'è poco di nepalese.
In secondo luogo avrei apprezzato più consigli da parte del personale alla reception. Quando sono arrivata a quanto pare c'erano le elezioni e non sapevo che era tutto chiuso il giorno delle votazioni. Ed ecco... Il personale non ha proprio pensato di avvisarmi così da potermi organizzare.

Pros:

I stayed in two different rooms and one was considerably nicer than the other. The staff was super accommodating. I recommend booking on booking.com first than directly with that hotel because then you'll get a free breakfast for less overall cost. Attached spa was amazing.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my 63 years of life.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Hotel was inexpensive, but nonetheless fell far short of basic expectations. To call it “run-down” would an understatement. The room didn’t have a tv remote control (they then brought me one), the shower head was broken in half (they replaced it when I asked) and the refrigerator did not work. And the offerings for breakfast were a joke.

Perfect place for anyone to stay, reasonable price.
Pros:

Warm staff, professionalism, the room was clean and felt home, the food and ambience was great. We really enjoyed our stay felt home. Convey our heartfelt thank you to all the staff that looked after us. From the food to the warmth that all of the staff showed and served was indeed the best highlight for us. Spa was amazing with experienced professionals with affordable price compared to others. We will definitely recommend kantipur village to everyone that we know.
