Comfortable stay close to Thamel
Pros:

A very comfortable hotel at an excellent location near Thamel. Super efficient staff, clean with great facilities this hotel is a good choice as it offers really good value for money. Rooms are well sized, beds are comfy, showers and hot water is very good. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner here and the food was well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. I'd recommend this hotel if you'd like a really comfortable stay, close to Thamel.

A very nice place to stay in Thamel (Kathmandu)
Pros:

I like the serene outlook of the hotel. It has a calm vibe due to lightings. It is also near the center or in the center of Thamel. Staffs are great. Although few selections for bfast but they're good.

Cons:

It is located in a small alley and you will not find it easily. The hotel sign is on ground level unlike other hotels which is on rooftop level. But it is not a big deal.

Pros:

スイートルームにはバスタブがあったので、久しぶりにお湯につかれて嬉しかったです。
部屋は広く、テレビも大きく最高でした。

Cons:

ほこりがかぶっている場所があったり、アメニティが入った箱が少し潰れていたり、バスタブの中が少し汚れ？ごみ？が気になったりしました。
あまり使われていない部屋なのか？
アメニティはもしかしたら輸送の時点で潰れているのか？？と考えました。
日本のスイートの気持ちで行くと気になる点が多々あるかもしれませんが、ネパールで、この値段でこのクオリティであれば納得です！

Stay experience elevated with wonderful staff behaviour
Pros:

Location is conveniently located in a part of Thamel that is quiet and peaceful yet close to shops and main roads.
The staff are just wonderful, especially the receptionist Smita. She was very kind and helpful, so were the two staff who provided us with a complimentary foot massage as part of the stay.

Cons:

I feel that housekeeping and maintenance could be better. For example, despite requesting cleaning of the room, the room and bathroom floors were not cleaned. A simple vacuum would’ve been nice.
Towels and sheets were changed and beds were made when requested though.
The ceiling above the overhead shower in the bathroom is leaky and drips water every time the shower is turned on. Bathrobes given in the room were torn.
New bathrobes, fixing the leaky ceiling and vacuuming of the floor would make the guest experience a 10/10 in my experience.
